I really like moka. Their prices are similar to Starbucks but honestly they have better quality stuff. The person at the drive thru is always friendly and I'm glad to go!
Look no further for a quick and friendly coffee run! It can get quite busy, but they are efficient. Pretty much any beverage can be made vegan, but unfortunately there really are no food items I can eat here. Service is always impeccable. If the line gets a backed up, you can expect someone will come out and take your order with a smile!
For the price range, as disappointing as starbucks! Not much taste, less kick and mellow. Long waiting time and not mocha rather latte kind drinks even though I ordered mocha. Will stick to dunkin who has much better quality coffee overall at a cheaper price.

Tired the Blanca Americano and the Ube Latte. Both were great and not overly sweet. The Ube is a type of purple potato that tastes like vanilla and pistachios. What a treat for $13! They also size the drinks as single double triple and quad so you know just how much coffee your getting.
Went to the drive thru this morning, there was a very long line into the street. Scott the GM came out to the car to take our order. He ended up bringing the drinks to us and not charging us for them because we had to wait so long. It was such a pleasant surprise. We were on our way to clean my sister’s apartment because she recently died. So it was an emotional day and this was a really nice gesture that started the day out on a positive and gracious note. Just wanted to say thank you to Scott for his kindness, and how much it meant. The coffee was great too :)
Moka is my favorite place personally to get coffee from in Madison. The black and white blended with Carmel and chocolate is my goto unless I'm not feeling the greatest ill grab a smoothie.
They have great drinks and service, but I wish they'd do something to expedite the drive thru. There always seems to be a long line, sometimes even into the street. I understand there are rush times depending on the time of day, (I've worked in a coffee shop before) but it could still be a little faster.
Stopped by on our way out of Madison.. very impressed by the quality of service! They were extra careful to inform us of dairy in our drinks (my partner has a dairy allergy) and helped us work around it to create the drinks we wanted, which turned out to be quite tasty! Thank you, Moka!
I was a big fan of Moka when we first discovered them. We just moved to Madison , driving near west town mall and saw are first Moks's.Over the last three years I've become more disappointed. I stop today at the Moka on 2910 E Washington Ave.Got what we always get hot Chi lattes with oat milk, extra spices extra hot.The extra large one has a shot of Expresso coffee in itThen large one has no Expresso in it. I leave the drive thru. half way home start to drink mine and it tasted funny.I get home tack of the lid and it smells like it has some kind of cleaner in it.I'm done with Moka and will never go back. Vn
