This was our first visit. We were impressed with how helpful they were. The choices for toppings are amazing and you can have as many as you want. They also offer gluten-free. It was delicious and fast!
Was hesitant about going here because of recent reviews, but my husband and I had a lovely visit. I have no complaints! I enjoyed my pizza and the staff was friendly!
Walked in and the place was completely dead. the cashier asked me if I was there for pick up and I said I wanted to order he said okay so I said I wanted a mini then he walked away the other dude walked over and asked what I needed I said I wanted to order and he said they were only accepting online orders and I said oh I only have cash and he literally just put his head down and ignored me. Rude af. Expected from grown men working at a fast food establishment though ? drove 20 min across town to the other location where I received amazing service
Absolute trash customer service. Pizza ended up burnt from what I saw, but then the person squirted a ton of sauce on and gave it to some one else. “Must not have been mine”. Waited another 10 minutes and watched multiple people get theirs. Mine was clearly given to someone else. When I finally asked for my money back, I got attitude and no apology. The one person who was on toppings was awesome. The other 2 were absolutely terrible. Glad they closed for lunch, as it’s less of an opportunity to disappoint customers. Hopefully it closes soon for good. I know I will tell everyone I know to never go there. So many options in the area.
They make great pizza, where you choose the toppings and sauce you like. It's good to know what you want/like or you could end up with flavors that just don't work together. They do have some preset pizzas if you can't decide.We went as a large group, most of us got pizza that we liked, one of us got garlic bread that wasn't good.There was a bit of a wait as there was a line ahead of us and it takes about 5-7 minutes per person/order. We tried ordering online and picking it up assuming that would be faster, however online ordering wasn't available at that location when we were there.Overall, we had a good experience that was perfect for a large group especially with different dietary restrictions where everyone can get exactly what they like.
First visit on a Tuesday evening around 7:15 p.m. The employees were as slow as molasses and obviously did not feel the need to be expeditious. They screwed up and gave one of our pizzas to someone else, so they had to remake ours. While we waited for our second pizza, the first pizza sat in the box getting cold. We ended up waiting no less than 35 to 40 minutes for two medium pizzas. Although the pizzas were good, we will not return to any MOD pizza.
Great food, clean store and super nice employees. Also they are LGBTQIA+.friendly.
Great customer services. I love toppings on pizza and they have no limit which is fantastic. They also have great vegan options. Highly recommend!
Everytime I order from this location....never is there any issues!! Order is usually ready once I get there and if they are busy or running behind they are always apologetic and sincere! Staff always has a smile on their faces, having fun whole remaining professional!! Will only come to.this location!! Why look for perfection else where!
Never welcomed in, Waited over 10 minutes as first in line to even be waited on, and then after finally taking order, lady started making online orders before making my pizza. Very poor customer service. Probably won’t be back to this location. Sun Prairie has better service.
