We visited here with our 2 kids and paid $37 for 4 small sundaes and a bottle of water. The custard was ok, but definitely not worth the price we paid for it. We will be visiting other options with more reasonable pricing.
Now i know what real frozen custard taste like!!! not busy today. Very clean, friendly people.

ETA: my husband left feedback and got an extremely rude reply from the owner(!) that said "if you don't like the prices, go to McDonald's maybe that's more in your budget." In what universe is that an appropriate reply?? It's an ice cream shop, not fine dining. We've been going to Michaels and recommending it to friends for 5+ years, but y'all have lost our business for good.Updating my review since their prices have gone up significantly, even more than what's posted on their menu. We were charged $8.70 for a small one topping sundae and over $9 for another small sundae. The quality has not increased with the prices.
Spent over 40 dollars for two double cheeseburgers with French fries and medium shakes. The cheeseburgers were so greasey that they slid off the bun could barely eat them without the buger sliding out of the bun and they werent very good. The meal was not worth the price I paid. A McDonald's double cheeseburgers would have been better and a 1/4 of the price.
Custard is good but prices are ridiculous. Ordering 2 medium twisters came to $26– almost double the price of other ice cream places around (and maybe 3x the price of somewhere like Culver’s).Also wouldn’t give a cup of water with ice cream, tried to sell us bottled water.
My husband just came home with two sundaes and said they were $21 LOL they definitely did not taste like ten dollar sundaes. I want to support local but pricing is excessive.
Fast accurate service from very nice people. They have the best ice cream we've found in Wisconsin or Michigan. Love the chocolate! Very generous with toppings including pecan halves! Stop here instead of lunch! Nice outdoor seating, a sliver of a view of the capitol across the lake.
It's very expensive. For 2 burgers basket with fries and onion rings and 1 shake came to $47 dollars. It's good but not worth the $47 dollars.
