There are 6 employees working. I am the only customer in the building. Idk how busy it was all day but . 1 worker had to be told 3x to get the fries and didn't hear the timer because she has her air pods in. There are ZERO napkins . Or condiment dishes on the counter for customers. The soda is everywhere on the counter on the floor. Literally every table is dirty . I as a customer took my napkins and wiped off the soda fountain area. Because it was so disgusting. The only employee who is now actively cleaning is a young lady ( no name tag) I get it's fast food. But people wanna get paid $15+ an hour . Then they need to work
I am a doordash driver, I have been sitting for one order which was very simple, just 2 double cheeseburgers a McFlurry and two cokes. And I’ve been sitting here for at least 25 minutes. They have the order done and bagged but they’re just leaving the food sitting behind the counter letting it get cold. Horrible customer service and they do not pay attention or have a sense of urgency whatsoever.Edit: they’re now preparing other mobile orders and doordash orders and still ignoring my order that they’re leaving on the counter.
I've eaten at many McDonald's before, as I'm sure most people have, and never have I ever consistently gotten sick every time I've visited. I don't know what's going on, but i can tell you that even my friends have said they get very sick after visiting, and I and a few friends have even vomited a few times. We thought it was a coincidence, but after it happening only after eating at this McDonald's, I don't think so anymore. Everything in general tastes kind of off, but what's horrifying to me is that the fries taste like blood. Every time I'm there, the fries taste like blood. This doesn't happen anywhere else. I don't know what's going on in there, but do not visit. This food will make you sick
Decent McDonald's. The drive-through is usually fairly quick and is my normal method these days. I tried ordering curbside through the app a number of times in the past and it would take quite a while to receive my food.
While good and service is great, it's pathetic that I cannot access this establishment through multiple doors with my mobility scooter. This McDonald's was rebuilt, and know one consider this detail in the design. Reason for the single star rating.
Ordered a grown up big Mac (more meat no middle bun). Mac sauce was on the side, cashier said they couldn't put it on, that was ok but the sauce smelled like old salad dressing. Fries were hot at first but got cold quickly.

Honestly, there's a McDonald's in every town, but this McDonald's in particular stands out in my mind somehow.Despite being open 24/7, it is nearly always almost immaculately clean on the inside, food is cooked quickly and is of amazing quality. I've never been let down by this McDonald's, regardless of the season or time of year. I definitely recommend it.
Covid still has this location under its thumb. Food not great. No in store dining. Masks. Walked out after my meal thinking I don't need that kind of experience again. Period.
Odana Road location is the best in the Madison area. An efficient and accurate drive through and the food is hot and well made.
