First time actually going to the establishment. I've ordered it on grubhub probably 100 times. Figured out I live like two blocks away. The employees were nothing less than courteous. I'm glad I found out I'm so close or else I'd not have stopped in. The food is always amazing and I'm so thankful that it's crazy consistent. Something not a lot of restaurants can say these days.Thank yall for the food!
Barely edible food…☹️I won’t spend another penny with them!!! Trust go ELSEWHERE!!! Fish fried wayyyyyyy to hard!!! Okra looks weird….I waited for 15 minutes not another single customer!!! I see why…
It’s a good place to eat. Cashier try to keep things clean during covid, and so nice and welcoming. Hours are always the same so you know what to expect. Best place to eat tasty food and best service.
The place stinks as soon as you walk into the building, like dirty mop water. The cashier is extremely rude, not very inviting, and you are getting on their nerves to spend your money. When this place first opened, it was great. Now it is the worst. That is why I go to Naty's around the corner.
Chicken is pretty dank and good value. Fries were pretty good too. Reheated in air frier like a charm. Will go again.
Was nervous but it was very good fish and fries. Looks a little rough but very friendly and the food was great. Went 2 days in a row.
They cut up 2 pieces of tilapia and gave it to me to say that’s 4 piece tilapia charging me 9.99 plus tax !!!! After that I had to beg for 30 min to receive a refund which the restaurant did not have a no return policy !! You suppose to get 4 whole pieces of tilapia right ????

The boy with big hairs working there was always so rude with the customer and always without the mask on the front when masks are necessary in Wisconsin. They stopped taking order from 8:30 and even when we visited to the place for order about 8:30. They boy said to me that I turned off everything already sorry and still half hour left for closing. So ridiculous.
