Definitely disappointed, I ordered a 12” cauliflower pizza. Everything was hot and fresh BUT I noticed the pizza was a bit small (10” to be exact, I measured), I proceeded to take a bite only to realize the cauliflower crust is the frozen cauliflower pizza dough from Caulipower. So, not only did I get a 10” instead of a 12” pizza that I paid for, I also got frozen pizza dough. I could have made two pizzas at that price (Probably three), needless to say I was not impressed.

Our family recently got together for dinner here! This is a Great pizza place!! The pizzas are Amazingly Good!! Good drinks! Great Staff!! You can’t go wrong! We will be back! I highly recommend Luigi’s!!!!!
Gonna be frank here, the food was excellent and the service was just off a beat (a couple beats actually). Good pizza, so good. Beer selection is super minimal. Not going to let the service get in the way of going back though. Definitely recommend try their pizza!
We ate there tonight. The food was tasty, hot and presented nicely! The prices were reasonable as well. They are doing a great job! We will go back! They had a help wanted sign in the window. Our waitress was rocking it tonight. She was taking orders, serving orders, making drinks, serving bread and taking care of tickets and to go boxes. Be kind if you go in. It may take her a few minutes to get to you but I promise she is doing the job and working hard!
The pizza is decent but my favorite item here is the meatball sub.
Yummy Yummy Yummmmy!!! Always amazing pizza here and I can't say enough good things about the employees that work here also. I always order a couple of pizzas and eat the left overs when i can.
TL;DR - This is now top of the list for pizza delivery in Madison.Hard to think of a pizza place I like better than Luigi's. We got three pizzas: a Fugetaboutit, a Wiseguy, and The Racket. All were home runs. I try not to speak in hyperbole when writing reviews, but these were seriously three of the best pizzas I've had. Ever. If I had to pick one as my absolute favorite, it'd be The Racket. The sausage and mushroom make it seem kind of familiar, but the white sauce and truffle oil make is something completely new (in a good way). In addition to the pizza being excellent, the person talking our order was very nice and patient (I had a few questions about gift cards) and the delivery was pretty speedy.
We had a very disappointing meal there. The pizza took over an hour to arrive, crust was tough, food was not especially flavorful. There are much better local options for thin crust pizza -- would recommend Novanta or Pizza Brutta.
Luigi's remains our fave restaurant for great thin crust pizza made with care and quality ingredients. There is a small outdoor patio. On this occasion, we loved our maximus pizza. The crust was perfectly prepared. We ate indoors and were disappointed. Because of Covid, there is a haphazard feel to the seating. A table with industrial size hand sanitizer, material laying around. They also have inbound calls beeping loud enough to be heard across the entire restaurat. The venue needs a 'freshening' and attention to feel warm and comforting even with Covid protocols.
