Very busy when we got there. Hard to get service for food so we went with the backup option of a quick food station like pizza, hot dogs, hamburgers which we appreciated. Atmosphere lacking in lighting & layout/flow. Industrial atmosphere. The bartenders had good customer service & were friendly.
Greatest place on campus. The food is super, but the bar staff are even better. Gotta go here when you're on Regent St.

I’ve had mixed experiences at Lucky’s. Right before a Wisconsin home game a few weeks ago, the atmosphere was fun and exciting. Service at the bar was quick and easy; I had a great time.I went to Lucky’s last night for Halloween. The atmosphere was again great; however, I think they were short staffed at the bar because I was unable to get a drink (as were several folks around me). If they had had more bartenders, I would have had a more enjoyable time and they would have made more money.
