Just moved to Madison and someone recommended this place. We LOVED it. If you appreciate vintage, this place is for you. We felt like we were in Manhattan or Palm Springs. The decor is FAB. Loved chatting with the owner. Can’t wait to get my Le Tigre hoodie once they are back in stock. Bar has a tiki vibe. So glad there’s something so cool on the west side.
Great dive bar with a ton of character. Everything is tiger themed! Classic jukebox with a great selection of music. A secret little casino in the back (not really a casino, but those video gambling machines you find in every good Wisconsin bar). CASH ONLY, but they do have an ATM.

This place is like no other. I'd recommend it for a funky place to bring your friends, especially from out of town, a cool date night or just to pop in for a nightcap! The bartenders are efficient and friendly. If it isn't busy they can tell you all about the bar's long history. The jukebox plays only songs from the Frank Sinatra era. A step back in time.
Great atmosphere and indeed a unique bar. I would definitely visit again. The owner runs the bar and we had a great time talking to him.
