I’ll preface this with the place has a good, great even, margarita…took about 30 minutes to get a menu and then about 45 more before we ordered and another 45 before we got food… which was fine because it was busy with a graduation… however by the time we got our food we weren’t hungry and the waiter did not come back to check on us at all and it was an hour before we had to flag a different waiter down to get the check… at which point we just wanted to go home and we felt like the waiter was avoiding us because we watched him go to different tables all around the room in the hour that we were waitingFood was good but ended up paying quite a lot and overall just wanted to go home…
It's always a treat to come here. The food is fresh and delicious. No oversalted, msg stuff here. The people are also very friendly and generous. Loved the chili reynos!Sorry for the mis spellings ?
We were here with a large group and the food & drinks were not good at all. The waiter was great and working as hard as he could to serve our needs but the food was a total flop! The pictures attached are of a steak burrito with cheese and cheese dip with chorizo. They do not have queso or salsa. Their salsa is pico de Gallo. My son ordered a frozen mango margarita and the it tasted like sour OJ.
Consistently the best Hispanic food, hands down. Excellent service and affordable lunch specials!
I don't know what it is with Madison but this is the 5-6th Mexican restaurant my wife & I have dined at & they all are absolutely terrible. Dry bland food with no flavor or anything distinct. The beans were the only good thing after we loaded them up with a fair amount of salt. Waste of time, energy, & money. Went home to get full on leftovers.
Overall I enjoyed this place quite a bit. Got the chimichanga meal and was quite good and had amazing breading. I rarely ever eat those but I'd totally get again. Service was good overall too. Really hustled. The margarita was good but definitely was a pre mix one. Overall would recommend.
The food was amazing 10 out of 10 but the waiter would walk right past us even when we were trying to get his attention it was very rude a waiter should check on there tables as they walk past or at least glimpse at the tables just to make sure they are okay i had to wave him down or try getting him when he past it was very rude
The best ? food and a good team. I have been eating here for 13yrs!! And I get one dish all the time. Talk to David Jr as well. A good ? place
I was told this place is awesome lo and behold very very blah bland food just my opinion. But the highlight of the dinner was the awesome dollar mustache and the dollar squishy toy at the entrance. I look so awesome with this mustache.
This is a nice place to eat lunch or dinner.The food was enjoyable if you have a large family or a get together for work lunch this place looks like it'll accommodate your needs
