Where do I start. I stopped going to this place. Food was not KFC standards, service was terrible, staff rude. Stopped in last night, on a gamble. They took my order, asked me questions to make sure my order was correct, wait is this the same One I used to stop at?? Hmmm.... Drove up to the window, gal repeated my order with a smile, asked if there was anything else that was needed. Order was 100% correct and I got my food within 30-45 seconds of pulling up to the window. I thought OK, something was going to be wrong with my order so I opened my box and looked. WOW This order was correct, hot, and delicious. I will definitely got back. Top notch service
The drive up microphone is muffled sounding and is hard to understand what is being said.Dining room is closed and if you eat in your car there are no trash containers so you just have to throw the trash on the ground. However the food is good
Thought I'd treat myself to a halftime special of the Beyond nuggets. I did show up 15 minutes before close, but I still consider that the safe window of not ordering too close to close. They took twice as long as I was told, I didn't receive the sauces I'd ordered, and the crust was soggy, bland, and NOT the "11 herbs and spices" I was expecting. I'd rather have been told that they couldn't fill the order that close to close than receive undercooked, bland, overpriced mush.
Food was not fresh, had been sitting there awhile. Disappointing
Another delicious meal. They had a special I cannot pronounce or spell, made of cheesey rice, deep fried. So good.
Our pick up delivery was correct and ready and the staff is really friendly ?
Ordered a good amount of food for delivery. Food arrived intact from doordash however basically everything important (the chicken) was missing from the order. Items were clearly put into a "1-of-1" delivery bag missing many items from the order as the two smaller bags were fully filled but items were obviously missing. Refund didn't include the fact that I had spent money on delivery fees (while missing 75% of the items.
They are trying their best.
Don't risk driving through the war-torn parking lot unless you have a lifted truck or off-road vehicle that can survive the foot-deep potholes scattered every 5 feet. Completely unacceptable.Update: Potholes are marginally better but this location is still awful. Every time I go I'm told they're out of something even though it's near peak hours.
I was having a terrible day and to top it off I forgot my wallet and was having issues with my Google pay. They were very friendly, handled the situation well, and turned my day around. Great service at this store
