KFC was once a great tasting flavorful meal when purchased with mashed potatoes and gravy along with coleslaw. But starting in the late 1980's to the present time it has become a victim of corporate greed. This happens when the size and quality of menu items are switched to lower cost ingredients that help raise their profit margins along increasing the prices for their customers. It is not on my list of fast food restaurants that I will be going to ever again. It's really is a shame that this happening. By no means is KFC alone in this practice and no I do not have a grudge against KFC I feel that it's so very important to what chemicals you are ingesting for your own health and wellness. Don't expect the FDA to do it for you. Their track record is laughable because they knowingly have allowed products that were deadly or on the other side would make you feel that you wanted to be dead because of adverse side effects. Who can you trust?
Food is normal but it's a challenge getting in and out of the driveway during peak traffic timesUpdate.Just had the worst experience of any KFC I've ever been too.First I place my order off the drive thru menu for a simple 2 piece dark combo, original with fries. They tell me they are out of original recipe and it'll be a 9 minute wait. That was fine, as my daughter only likes the OR. Pull up to the window and pay and I get handed a messy soda to put in my nice car's cupholder. The worker knew it was messy and sticky because she immediately grabbed a towel to wipe down her counter where the soda was sitting. Anyway, I get asked to pull around to the parking lot to wait. 15 minutes into my 9 minute wait I decide to go in and ask for my order. Worker didn't look happy. Went back, through some stuff in a box and brought it back to me. Got home and realized there was 1 piece of white chicken and mashed potatoes.I won't be back....and discourage anyone from going there. They need to shut down and start from scratch or permanently close this location.
I simply said hello on the Drive trough and got yelled at, like im supposed to know she was busy ?
I’ve been coming to this KFC for a little over two years and order the same thing the same way every single time I always request for my food to be made fresh because I’ve always gotten very poor quality food that taste horrible and the staff has terrible customer service who’s ever running this establishment here needs to be replaced as this place has so much potential3/1/2022 5:22 PMTicket #1402So I ordered seven chicken little sandwiches three famous bowls and a kids meal on the receipt it only has five chicken little sandwiches and two famous bowls The lady using the headset did not listen to my order carefully as we repeated the order multiple times to ensure she had everything correct and I also explain that I only wanted the chicken Littles to be fresh when we received our bag of food I noticed right away that we were missing two chicken little sandwiches I did not realize that one famous bowl was missing until I got home out of seven sandwiches maybe 2/3 were fresh the food was horrible and tasted horrible I would never recommend anyone to try this place
I go here once every week to a week and a half to purchase a dinner box. Always order the same thing. BUTTT on this occasion, I got dark meat instead of white like ordered and I think the Pepsi flavor canister needed to be changed because it was sooo watered down tasting. I'm going to ask them to check the box before I receive it from them at the window from now on.
I've only had excellent service experiences at this KFC. I made a mistake with my online order, and the person I spoke to on the phone was absolutely wonderful and helpful. They had the rest of my order ready and waiting for me to pick up. Today I went by again, and again had wonderful service. I haven't been to KFC in probably two decades, since I'm vegetarian. However, with the new Beyond nuggets and the excellent service, I'll be back again!
OK maybe I shouldn't have done this, but I decided to give KFC at least a little credit for trying. Their plant based Beyond Chicken "nuggets" offering debuted yesterday so, against my wife's reluctancy and better judgement we gave it a whirl. Coming in from Madison headed home to Middleton after the temp dropped below zero, I pull into a dark, deserted KFC lot off Fish Hatchery Road. This scenario screams "Drive-Thru!" A very pleasant young lady begins taking my order when another not-so-nice lady comes on the intercom. "I ONLY HAVE NINE NUGGETS THERE'S A WAIT FOR 12!" I tell them the wait is fine. Hot and fresh sounded perfect. "OKaaayyy??!!" says the mean voice. I pull up to pay the nice lady. Wow! Over $22 for 12 nuggets, a large mashed potato, and a small coleslaw. She asks me kindly to pull into the lot and she would bring my order out to me. After a short wait I get the mean lady instead. She opens the door to the restaurant and starts swinging my order up and down into the air like it was a set of nunchucks. So much for bringing it to me. As I approach Ninja Lady she yells "WE'RE NOT ALLOWED TO COME UP ON THE CAR!!" Fair enough. Before actually performing a figure eight or helicopter spin with my newly weaponized meal she hands it to me and adds "I REALLY HOPE YOU ENJOY THEM. THEY SURE ARE HOT!!" They were hot but that's about it. Coleen couldn't eat them. I had a few. BIG mistake. They're not tasty at all. They come in the form of a square brick which is exactly how they sit in your stomach. I got so ill that I had to take an anti-nausea pill to avoid vomiting and an anti-anxiety pill to stop thinking I was going to die. There are many reasons I've shunned KFC for a decade, and this is another. DON'T DO IT!! :) Two stars instead of one for the very nice lady who took my order.
GM Ethan has a horrible customer service attitude. Ran out of chicken when they had myself and 1 other vehicle. Tried to blame the issue on his assistant then said issue was that the good was old. Either way, not professional. Better off going 1/2 block up the street and getting Popeye's. They were busy and still managed to have food prepared.
worse serves ever the Manager Ethan was super rude and not friendly at all , all employed were on their cell when we came in. The front door was open so we walked in. It took the employees like 4 minutes before they even saw us standing in front of the lobby. When they finally saw us they said "No No No we are not open" with attitude, instead of a proper greeting and then explaining that the lobby was not open. seriously???? After that i drove to the drive thru and asked if the chicken combos came with sides included and again with attitude i got an answer making me feel dumb for the question. even if i ask a dumb question they should answer with manners. I wonder if they are rude with everyone.?
Despite of the low staff... This place was awesome and slowly they are losing the best staff I've seen in a long time.Loved the meals....it's still got the old fashion taste. Their coleslaw is still my fav
