Good subs but mine had a couple tears in the bread so maybe ease up on the force
After two hours of waiting for my delivery, I called (for the second time) to cancel the order If the store cannot keep up with deliveries, they should be turning off that feature for the time being until they are caught up. Not only should it NOT take 2 hours for food to be delivered from a store that is 10 min away, that is not sanitary for the food to be set out room temp for that long.
Every time I come to order after work they are closed even though their hours are until 9 pm and there is always three or more people working. I know because I can see them through the window. Really annoying last time I even try.
Like most Jimmy John's they can't keep the place staffed up enough to stay open during normal business hours.
Love coming here! They know what my order is just by seeing me! And they are always pleasant to talk to

It was fine. Staff was nice and the food was as it should be. No complaints or compliments.
The sunprairie and cottage grove locations are super friendly. Was really disappointed when I tried this location on Thier Rd in Madison It seems the other locations appreciate their customers a lot more. They acted like they didn’t want to be bothered with walk ins, not one smile from anyone.
I never like Jimmy John's they add to much meat
