Called and placed a order for work. 3 sandwiches. Placed the order at 1pm had not heard anything so called the store around 2:15 They said it was out for delivery. 3pm still nothing. I drive to the store to pick it up and the location is closed. Called the next day "Manager" Said there is nothing he can do. Still waiting for my Refund and a call from the owner. This is scam shop with Jimmy Johns as name only.

? Called my 1 sandwich in 30 minutes before arrival on my lunch break. I should have known it WASN'T going to be ready when the sloppy guy who took my order, ever so lazily, didn't even ask for my name or If I wanted to pay for it. I showed up to a line of annoyed customers. After waiting in line for 10 minutes to pay, the hunt for my non-existent number 8 began. It was no where to be found, go figure. They looked under a stack of mystery sandwiches, but no number 8. Looked on the pick up shelf, but no number 8. Crazy it's almost like the lazy guy just hung up the phone and never placed my order. By this time my lunch break is almost over and I had to settle for a gas station hot dog. Never going back to this 3 ring circus wrapped in a joke, covered in silly sauce ?. ?

First off the time is 2:25pm in the afternoon. The first time I called it rang about 8 times before eventually hanging up. I called again and somebody answered, didn’t say anything so I said hello? He said “ya jimmy johns” I said can I place an order for delivery please? He said “actually no because we are about to close because we don’t have a driver” and that was it.How rude is that..Previously review:Placed an order for 2 subs and 2 bags of chips order came out to be over 25.00, tipped 5.00. No napkins or anything in the bag after requesting that we get that. This is probably the worse customer service experience I’ve ever experienced at a jimmy johns.

Very rude employees! Learn some manners! Very slow response from customer service. Offered refund and told they can’t find my order. Keep getting runaround about refund. Been dealing with this since April 27! Said they can only do refund from store ordered and being given excuses why person cannot get over there to get it done. You offered me a refund and I want it soon as I have been more than patient.

Ordered a sandwich online for pickup at 2:45 pm. Showed up to pickup at 2:52 and they were closed. They are supposed to close at 6:00 pm (online hours). Two employees (or superfans) were wearing Jimmy John's shirts in the parking lot smoking in their car - not interested in me knocking at the door. When they saw me, they pulled out of the parking lot. Hot dates, I guess.

Every time I try to order from their website, tells me that online ordering isn't available at this time. Her my bf ordered from them online the same day and same time while I was at work trying to order and recieved his order. Every time I call no answer, and when I finally do get an answer I'm told there is no delivery driver even tho I know there is because my bf is recieving food he ordered for delivery.

The sandwich was good when I could actually order here. The last 3 times I’ve called to order, no one answered the phone. The store was open. I’m sure they would do much more business if they took orders

Seriously what is this location doing??I work nearby and this is the only place in walking distance to get food.Today is the last day I try getting a sub here.Mobile ordering is always disabled, they never turn it on, so I go over today to get a sandwich and they literally just walked out the door and locked up at 2:30, as I'm walking up. 2:30!!After checking other locations I've also found that its at least $3 more expensive for me to buy at this location. What's even the point of opening if you don't work?

Called to order food for delivery or takeout. They refused to take my order for either and said they are only doing walk in orders because they only have two people today. I understand if your short staffed but this was handled very inappropriately by both staff members I spoke with on two separate phone calls. Won’t ever go to this location again.

They missed an item on my order. The chips. My favorite part. The only reason I order in the first place. But whatever It happens. When I called the call engaged and then disconnect. I called back now no one will answer.
