T-payne loves the meats.
They never are available for delivery in the afternoons despite the fact that they are a delivery based sandwich shop. They don’t read delivery instructions such as “Leave at door” Today I waited for over an hour for a delivery and eventually called to find out that they came, didn’t leave the sandwich at the door and canceled my order and now are closed again for delivery..
Very fast service. I was actually incredibly impressed with how quickly they delivered my order. I ordered it online and it was relatively easy to make payment and such. I will be ordering with them again soon.
Super slow when it wasn’t that busy. Workers kept asking me what was on the sand which. Almost as if they didn’t know what went on it themselves. Other JJ’s are quick and they never ask more then one question.

My wife ordered 2 sandwiches and noticed the charge on her statement was for $50. When she called the Manager said the slip showed a $37 tip?!? We left a $2 but evidently that wasn’t good enough. It’s been 6 weeks and 3 phone calls later and still have not received a refund. DO NOT EAT HERE. THEY WILL LITERALLY STEAL FROM YOU AND NOT CARE.
Went into the store and ordered 2 bootleggers (turkey and roast beef). Got home and found they made me 2 subs with ham bacon and pickles.
This location is always so slow for delivery. My work is a 3 min bike ride away and it's usually an hour wait at least. Currently going on 1 hr and 5 min and counting. I've ordered at lunch time, I've ordered ahead of time and scheduled a delivery for lunch time, and I've ordered in the evening - it doesn't matter.
Delivery worker was extremely rude and disrespectful on the phone. He went to the wrong address and then proceeded to tell me I put in the wrong address which I did not, the address is literally plastered everywhere on the building. Was very rude when delivering food.
Monday night at about 8:30 PM we wanted to stop for subs, but looking into the State Street window only one of the two workers wore a mask. While asking all the items we would have wanted on our sub droplets would fly about from one's mouth. We are still combatting COVID and of all places those dealing with food should care more about customers. I must say, I was a bit stunned to see this attitude from workers and a business.
