Love Jersey Mikes, but at this location today I ordered takeout, got to the store at the time it was supposed to be ready and it took another 10 minutes to get my food. The employees never once acted liked they cared that the food was taking longer and continued to talk with each other and work very slowly. No apologies for it taking longer.
They’re so good. I recommend getting the juice on it. It won’t disappoint
Very long wait 15min , 25 min, and 20min, 3 times I placed online orders. Wasn't going to do review but really bad 3 out of 3 times . With no apologies or offer of a free soda, if at the least.
The subs are awesome!I Placed an order on postmates never went through. I called to check to see if it went through nobody would answer the phone. The phone message says to place an order on the Jersey app.So I downloaded the app and attempted to place the order but the app says it does not support the Madison East Towne location and nicely links you with a phone number to order. Nobody answers that number either. Would love to have eaten there!I love their subs!
One of the friendliest places on the East Side. Manager is a great guy and works hard to give the customer what they need.
My friend likes this place the tuna subs they smell great but I never tried it actually. She recommends it though and I trust her lol
Very good subs. Like that you can customize your sub and they have lots of options (include other name sub places). I ordered the chicken bacon ranch sub it was really good.
Today was my first experience at a jersey mike's. They were prompt, understanding, and made sure I felt valued. Will definitely return soon.
The clerks made food and did not pass to me making me reach and was very ignorant
