We visited Tyranena Brewery April 17th 2021. While waiting in line for 15 minutes. We were behind one other lady for placing our order for 4 people. The woman taking orders waived the lady and our group away stating they were no longer taking orders at 6p. Disappointed, but understanding we sat at the table nearest to the food truck to listen to the band playing. At 615, I happened to look over and noticed a line of people ordering food and either exchanging cash or signing credit card transactions. I then looked over again at 630, and noticed even more people placing orders and getting food. At that point my group and I refused to want to give our business to this food truck due to the principal they stated they are no longer taking orders at 6p, then continued to do so. Poor customer service.
