one of the most consistent boba places in madison. super amazing and friendly staff that remember you and are willing to have a conversation. ive been coming here for close to 5 years and have never had a bad experience with my food or drinks that ive ordered. wonderful place!! i would recommend everyone on the east side comes here at least once
Tea is good. Service is friendly and efficient. Wifi works well. Seating area is a bit stark and uncomfortable.

Outstanding teas. Their bakery is dangerously delicious. We drive from Madison to Milwaukee largely to visit Jade Mountain.Please open a branch in Milwaukee!!

First I love this place. It's amazing. I'm sure covid had gummed up their world. Their coffee/latte machine was down last time so we had to have regular coffee.

Love this place, the black sugar milk tea with bubbles is my absolute favorite. I've been multiple times and have never been let down. Very friendly helpful staff also.
