We eat here a couple of times a month. My son loves their French fries. I always go with breakfast. The food is always made to order and it’s always good. I have no complaints. The staff are helpful and understanding even though they seem a little understaffed.
Food was good. There was only 1 waitress working. I want say she was awesome. Management should be great full of her hard work.
Can't get an order right to save their lives. How hard is it to get the order right? It's written on the ticket. Just read what the ticket says and put it with order. Grade school stuff. And they want top pay gtfoh
I hadn't been to an IHOP in a very long time. We received excellent service and the food was great. Very happy with the price also, was quite inexpensive compared with the other breakfast joints in town. Thanks!
The food was average but the environment is god awful. There’s a waitress who seems to think everyone wants to hear her business and literally yells as she talks. I just wanted to have a nice breakfast and this woman was shouting across the restaurant. Also our waiter didn’t check up on us to see if we needed anything and we sat and waited for our check for quite some time.
We selected CURBSIDE PICKUP NOT PICKUP INSIDE.. We were supposed to get our food brought to us at 10:30 and at 10:43 went inside to see what's going on. WHY WOULD WE HAVE TO DESCRIBE MAKE AND COLOR OF VEHICLE JUST TO HAVE TO GO INSIDE TO GET OUR FOOD. EMPLOYEE SAID WE WERE SUPPOSED TO COME IN TO GET OUR FOOD FOR CURBSIDE PICKUP. Explain why we have to provide make and color of vehicle then IHOP.
Service was very good. Our meal was good and food was warm when served. In addition the server did a great job in keeping our coffee cups filled.
Very quite in there. Wait staff was very friendly. They didn't check on you to much. Brought refills on drinks even before asked and gave a whole new to go cup when leaving to replace the refill that hadn't been touched yet..
The service was great. Waitress was friendly and attentive. However, not on her, the food was cold when I got it. Butter on my waffle was solid, not even slightly melted. Cook told her to microwave it. After waiting for so long, I just ate it, instead of waiting longer.
Ordered online sent fiance went to pick up order he got there and it was ready at the time it said it would be it hadn't even been started person had attitude towards fiance after it was finally done. Got it home and stuff was missing we live 35 minutes away so wasn't wasting gas to go back emailed and complained and basically was blown off because I can't call at normal times because of my schedule.
