I love this place…but the hours aren’t accurate. Don’t go near close. I went at 9:10pm (closes at 10pm) and they were having a “meeting” to do cut work. Like, I get it. I’d want to go home too. And I’ll still go back because I love the pizza . But closing 50min early means you close at 9pm, not 10pm.

The pizza slices here are huge! We got Mac n cheese, beef, pepperoni and bread sticks. The mac n cheese pizza was my favorite. The beef and pepperoni were alright.
Wow, what a pizza by slice. Best native pizza. It was one of the best things of our visit to Madison. We had mac n cheese, spinach feta, BBQ chicken....all of them tasted great. People in the counter are generous and are happy to explain their pizza variety and what goes into it. You can also order a whole pizza with two types in it.
Pretty cool “gourmet” or unique pizza by the slice. They had some somewhat normal alternative flavors like the BBQ chicken pizza, etc- but what was truly differentiating was their daily specials and truly wild slices. We got a winter mix one that had a bunch of tasty veggies and nuts, a macaroni and cheese slice which was kinda weird but good, and our favorite was a taqueria one but I’ll warn you it was a bit spicy if you don’t like that- but incredibly tasty. They had some normal flavors too for the not so adventurous types! All in all, a great experience. Only gripe is the dining room is really small. Wasn’t a problem while we were there but I can see where at peak times you might want to come prepared to eat out on the curb!
Pretty good slices! Some unique offerings (see: Pho pizza). I wish they had more options without some type of pasta on it, but the bbq chicken slice I got was great.
Another reviewer said no one would drive across town to eat here. Well, we were visiting our home town and hadn’t been to Ian’s in years so we DID drive across town to eat here. The pizza was great, as expected. Great variety to choose from!Unfortunately… The person who took our order was short with us and acted irritated because he couldn’t hear us well enough through our masks. I heard him mention to another customer that they were short staffed. Totally get how stressful that can be, but not an excuse to be rude to customers. Hope they had a better evening. More off-putting than that though, were the tiny flies swarming the pizzas behind the counter, and at our table! Strange to see in December, and gross to share our meal with.
Had them deliver to our hotel. Very good vegan pizza! The riddles on the inside of the pizza box. Smile worthy.
I love it here, worked here briefly and everyone is super nice and the food is great ❤️
Great food. But no regard for hygiene. Wiping tables down with their hands. Food workers without gloves. Too bad; it would be 5 stars otherwise.
