I chose to go to Ian’s @ Garver for not only the killer ambience, but also for its variety of slices…along with my indecision over picking a full pie with just one flavor. I was greeted by two lovely young women, Journey and Isabella. I think they could see I had a hankerin’ for all the pies, and couldn’t decide. Journey walked me through their large selection of slices, told me the most popular sellers and then asked what my favorite toppings were. Both young ladies were accommodating and patient while being professional and entertaining. I will 100% be back to this location! The slices are a party in your mouth and the service is top notch. Ian’s is where it’s at!
Wonderful salad options for a great price. Always fresh, I remembered to take a photo after I finished the Cesar’s salad. It was simply delicious. Perfectly seasoned and tossed with the right amount of refreshing dressing.Pizza is also very good at this location.
Hi everyone. I learned that Ian’s Pizza writes up employees for being ONE MINUTE late, and terminates them for four times.Clearly we should all hold them to the same standard.I urge everyone to write a negative review any time your pizza is ONE MINUTE late.Any other standard is hypocrisy.?Also, the managing partner blames the neighborhood for not having a single employee of color. So remember that any time you see the multitude of black, Latinx, Asian, etc who work in the area.
Great pizza, of course! However, they are shockingly slow, like consistently 45 minutes later than estimate, and there is some disconnect between online order instructions and what the on-site staff seem to think is the right process. For example, text said to call 5 minutes before arrival for the "finish bake" but staff acted like we were stupid when we mentioned it. Oh well, good thing the food is with the extra trouble! :-)
Fast and friendly staff, it was a great experience. Pizza was excellent!!! Garver Mill location is a great atmosphere. Beautifully done….. would definitely recommend!!
My wife and I have tried almost every pizza place in Madison and we love ❤️ Ian's.We hadn't been in a while and we decided to write a review about how great it was the other day it was when we had delivery.Ian's across-the-board is one of the best pizzas for the price and taste that you can get. Of course this is my opinion people like different kinds of pizza. Some people like deep dish some people like New York style excetera excetera. I would compare Ian's to New York style pizza. It's very thin and very large pieces. It's the kind of pizza that you can fold in half. If you know what I'm talking about then that's all you need to know.We love their 20in cheese pizza. The slices are huge, like out of a cartoon. It can easily feed a family of four, no problem.The cheese blend they use is incredible. It's stretchy and slightly salty and wonderful. It goes great on every pizza.Their red sauce isn't overly sweet or too spicy. It's a perfect balance in the middle that appeals to everyone.Their crust is my wife's favorite part. It's not cracker thin, more like new York style that's thin enough to fold while you eat and the end pieces are chewy and yummy. You can even buy the dough to make your own pizza at home, which is a great deal!My wife absolutely loves their Buffalo chicken pizza. It's spicy and yummy and sprinkled with creamy bites of blue cheese that cools the heat.One of our favorite parts of Ian's is that in the restaurant you can buy pizza by the slice. This is great for a few reasons. First, their slices are huge so you only need one or two to fill up anyway. Second, they have so many different types of pizza (like mac and cheese or loaded potato) that would be great to try, but you might not want to order a whole pizza in case it's not your favorite. It allows you to try out some new flavors without committing to a whole pizza.We also love their breadsticks. Their made from the same dough as the crust so they're thick and chewy, dusted with parmesan and Italian seasoning. They're massive as well so it's a great deal to order for a large crowd.We love Ian's and order it everytime we have company since it feeds a crowd and it's a huge crowd pleaser.
I love this place. Garver is beautiful, they hit it out the park. I’m so stoked to ride my bike here. So, what’s up with the one star? I love bier and draft bier at that,so if you’re gonna serve all these cool taps you gotta pour ‘em in a proper pint glass. Do that and you get 5⭐️. At least you have some good biers in cans. ♻️
i go here at least once a month and every time the pizza is cooked to perfection and looks delicious without fail. the staff are extremely friendly and courteous. would recommend this place if you’re looking for good quality pizza

Rude political staff..!!! I’ll eat the pizza but I’m never tipping them again. Tip you never know what someone is dealing with so be nice…!!!!
