We ordered a custom cake for my daughters 3rd birthday. She specifically wanted paw patrol. I called two days before picking up the cake to pay for it and the lady on the phone was very rude. Poor customer service!! Then the day i went to pick up the cake it was not what we all expected. Looked nothing like the picture we had for them, Very sloppy, they spelled my daughters name wrong and also the girl told me the person who made it accidentally made it bigger then what it was suppose to be. All she had to say was hope everyone is hungry for cake! Glad we ended up getting a refund Not worth $60.00.

They killed my tots. All I have to say is why. This was done with extreme prejudice, the bun was burnt and it this was in no way near my last experience here. Sad.
More of a counter food spot with a little extra. Food was average. We had two types of breakfast sandwiches and nothing to write home about but not bad. The oatmeal was pathetic. Instant, and I don't even think they stirred it prior to bringing out. If in a hurry and don't want to pay a lot, it is a step above eating at a convenience store.

We stopped at this grocery store to get Wahlburgers patties. Very clean. Looking around, I can tell that their prices are competitive.Wish we had one in Appleton!

No longer recommending this place as they have replaced several checkouts to self serve which obviously eliminates the jobs that the local high school and young college kids did. They used to always have baggers, and I’ve had to bag my own the last several tomes I’ve been there. Extremely sad for a store that prides themselves on customer service! I’ll be looking for another store that does not have self check outs. I’m not employed by Hy-Vee... I’m not taking someone else’s job because they are trying to make another dollar at the expense of someone else’s job!
I ordered my daughters birthday cake from here after having great experience with my sons cake in May. Even this time I had great service and help when choosing our cake. It turned out AMAZING. Everyone was raging over how neat it looked. My daughter said it was her favorite part Of her party. The cake was very delicious as well! I will be returning for future cakes I need for my kids or other special occasions.
