We took our freshman boys into this place before their Prom and let me tell you!! Amy was amazing along with all the staff!! The food was fast and hot but also delicious. Amy was going above and beyond with making sure all the kids had drinks, food, napkins and anything else they asked for. On top of that she was kind enough to take a picture with each and every boy. Thank you Hooters and Amy!!!

My daughter was craving wings and since Buffalo Wild Wings was closed we went to Hooters. It was 8:30 at night. 5 other customers in the establishment. Erika, our waitress, took over 10 minutes to come to our table to take our drink order. Another gentleman walked in and she immediately went to take his drink order. I have a picture of another waitress who was resting her head peacefully on the counter. After getting our food we had to wait another 5 minutes for silverware. The service absolutely sucked and we waited over 10 minutes to get our bill after standing up at our table.
Food seemed over priced and average.I got a salad and the lettuce wasn't the best but the hockey boys loved it. I wonder why. LolThe staff was very friendly and we were treated good.
I always stop here when I’m driving through Wisconsin. Bartender was polite, food was fast and hot! Highly recommend Cajun wings
Great food and very friendly stay. I feel bad for the girls that were serving when we went. There was only two servers that were working. According to our server, the manager had the rest of the serving staff sent home. However our server was very sweet and kind and was a blast to talk to. Heck to make her day I even offered to do a somersault haha. The food was excellent and I highly recommend going here.
We were seated and then ignored. Never asked for a drink order or even acknowledged, even after 15 minutes. We ended up leaving and going elsewhere.

Terrible! Run to another option. I sat for an hour waiting for a chicken sandwich. After waiting 25 minutes I was told it will be another 10 minutes! After waiting an hour and watching people who came in after me get their orders I was approached by my waitress asking if I needed another beer, that was empty for 30 minutes. I told her no and to give me a check for the beer. She apologized and said my order is coming up. I told her I didn't want it and would pay for the beer. She said do you want it to go. I said no, paid my bill and left. It was 8:35 pm and got a burger at McDonald's in 5 minutes. Hooter was not busy, had four waitresses, a bartender and three people working the kitchen. I get the pandemic but this was simply an example of POOR management!
2 lbs of crab, 20 wings, couple orders of fries. Why hooters? Because no matter where I go… can’t find consistently better crab than they make here. Yeah, at hooters. Wings are always good too. The service is better than these reviews state; you’ll be fine. It’s not a bad spot for wings and crab legs. Burgers? Maybe, but hooters has always been a wing joint. So I’ll order those and get some snow crab.
