Last time I bought a pizza from GNP was two month ago and it was so good like always. Today I but another one and I can say the quality has decreased a lot! It has less ingredients and thinner bread. The sauce is almost absent and the pizza is so dry. Not, recommended anymore! Maybe time for a new brand to pop up and collect GNP’s customers.
I love this Glass Nickel location! The cooks always do an awesome job and the food is always great. The delivery drivers are always prompt and friendly as well. I have only had 1 or 2 issues in the 3 years I've lived near this location and the team has always been on top of it. Glass Nickel is lucky to have a crew like the one they have here!
Food is always tasty, but last time tgey forgot the eggs on our chef salads and added peppers instead of green and black olives, and added sunflower seeds when they weren't asked for. (This could kill someone)
I’ve tried a variety of pizzas here and the thick crust pizzas are the only ones that turn out well.
Great experience! Ordered delivery from Madison west location. Pizza and lasagna arrived hot and both were delicious!! Dessert was also wonderful!! Delivery driver timely and pleasant. Thanks to all!!

hidden gem of a franchise. Solid food, and you know where your money is going when you order here. If you see people here complaining about price, then I kindly suggest they go order from Little Cesar's. Never have been disappointed by Glass nickel, and I will keep ordering for the foreseeable future.
