I love Glass Nickel pizza! Best crust, perfect sauce, and they give you a pepper or two with each pizza. I was so excited when I moved to an area where they deliver. So imagine my utter disappointment when I called to inquire the ETA of my order (after waiting 15 minutes past the delivery time) and a young woman gave me an obvious annoyed and unclear answer of, “It’ll be there about 15 minutes after it leaves here.” But she wouldn’t tell me when OR IF it had left yet. I understand working in customer service, I’m understanding of difficult and overwhelming shifts and I even shared that with her. Still I received rudeness and no clear answer of when my pizza would arrive. This happened TWICE!!! All in all, I can’t spend my money at this location any longer. When ones pay depends greatly on tips, you’d think they’d be a bit kinder to they’re customers.
We order from GN an embarrassing amount! Long time eater first time reviewer. Last night I noticed a new item on the menu - crab rangoon?!?! They have no right to be as delicious as they are! I appreciate the vegan options, the vegan cheese is excellent - I'm not vegan, but try to avoid dairy when I'm not stuffing my face with deep fried cream cheese. Excellent salads too. Some of our favorites: mac and cheese pizza, nickel nuggets, spinach cheese bread, FRIES (the fries are so good!), fried ravioli, thai pie, acropolis salad, chef salad. The delivery folks are always real nice and have never judged us for how often we order, at least not to our faces.
Amazing pizzas great staff wish we had one of these in Northern California they would be busy non stop and put other pizza places to shame
Super fast delivery! Delivery driver was very friendly and I gave him an extra tip. I am excited for ordering from this place again it may become my Sunday routine. The owner was also very friendly when I stopped in a week prior I look forward to seeing them again.
Yum!!! Had no idea how amazing they are.They have such a unique selection of super cheesy pizza. ?Update: It was so good that I came back a week later to try another flavor!Highly recommend the Thai pizza!

I've been ordering from Glass Nickel since the day they were born and I've been ordering from the east side on the regular for the last 15 years. They have a great selection of food, unique recipes, generous portions... I could go on and on... But I really have to give compliments on their customer service.I made a delivery order on a Friday night and was given an hour and a half delivery time. Unfortunately I ate something earlier in the day that made me REALLY sick 45 minutes after ordering said pizza. By that time I thought it probably wasn't even made and I could cancel my order without inconveniencing them- so I did. Five minutes later/50 minutes after I ordered/40 minutes early, while I was puking, the driver rang my doorbell. I couldn't come to the door. I felt horrible.After all of that bad on my part, I was never charged for my order. And when I ordered the following week, I had the same delivery driver who played it off without any gripes- like no sweat! Glass Nickel is operated by some really good people and I highly encourage you to give this place your business. Your taste buds, tummy, and heart will thank you.
Decided to splurge and get one pizza for me and one for my boyfriend. He always gets the Boar’s Head pepperoni with green olives and he loves it. I decided to go crazy and get my veggie pizza with cilantro and banana peppers and lemme tell ya, it was AWESOME. Glass nickel always delivers quality and I’m happy to have so many veggie options to choose from here. Will definitely be ordering from again.
Haven't had this pizza for a while so we ordered as a special treat. The service was quick and efficient especially for a Saturday night and the staff were polite when we picked it up.I have to say, though, that the pizzas were only okay. We got the fetalicious and a pepperoni. I thought the flavors were a little disappointing. We couldn't really taste the feta cheese at all and the pepperoni pizza as a whole seemed dry. Neither were very cheesy.Four stars is because the service was great but If I could three star the pizzas that's what they'd get.
I ordered their supreme pizza and their spicy chicken blue cheese pizza. The supreme pizza was amazing and I would definitely recommend it. The spicy chicken blue cheese pizza seemed like it had potential to be good but it had and inedible amount of salt on it. Every bite just tasted like bitter salt. The whole $23 pizza went to waste and that was the other downside is this place is a lil pricy.
