Absolutely terrible service. Ordered thru eatstreet for delivery. Received chips and soup but no sandwiches. Called and was told to call eatstreet because they couldn't do anything about it. Called eatstreet and was told the sandwiches were canceled. After waiting on hold for 30 min, I was advised there was nothing they could do. I would have to reorder and repay before I got a refund for the original $60. 2 hours later, we are all starving and still no food on the way. An $8 coupon was given. $8! No food, no refund, but here is $8 for the inconvenience?!?!?! NEVER AGAIN!!!! Do not use eatstreet to order from this shop
The subs are good but they always put mustard on my sandwich when I ask for no mustard. Like every time lol
Great sub shop indeed. Uses excellent fresh baked bread and top quality ingredients.I pretty much always get the smokehouse brisket sub, as its pretty much their best known sub.
I absolutely love the food, one of my favorite sandwich places actually, but dear god are they slow at this location. If it’s around noon I won’t even bother attempting to go in. Even today around 1:30pm with just a few customers in the restaurant it seemed to take forever.
What food we got correctly made was good. However, we had chips missing from the pickup order, and one of the subs was wrong. Also, there was no ice tea made. The container was out there and lined, but no one hit brew. It was 11:30, and we were not able to get the drinks we wanted.
We love Firehouse. I wish we could do the sauces again. We must have been there on a busy night, because we waited for quite a while. Just place your order far enough in advance (we only gave a few minutes warning) and everything will be great.
Well their subs has always been good but to find out they have gluten free options just took it up a new level! People are always friendly! The machine that has all flavors or lemonade is the best!
Usually great food, but it would be nice to not have to listen to the counter person openly griping about having to stay late because you ordered a certain item (meatball sub). Both my son and I had large combo meals and considering how much our order cost, I expected much better service. I had not visited this location in a while - have always loved Firehouse - and was looking forward to going in tonight, but the nonstop complaining from your associates leads me to believe we should have gone elsewhere. Quite a few snarky remarks between your workers, as well. By the way, where were the dill pickle spears that usually come with the subs? Is there a pickle shortage that I don't know about? To top it all off: there is a sign on the door requiring a face covering be worn, but one of your employees - making the food - had his hanging below his chin. Unacceptable...Get your act together.
I substituted a type of cheese for another type, and got no cheese. Since it was to go, couldn't get it fixed. Sub was still tasty though
My sandwich was absolutely disgusting and soaked with Italian dressing extremely disappointed…. I laid $14 for food that I took 2 bites out of and then threw it away.. if I could give 0 stars I would!
