I was there at 1255 almost an hour after they were supposed to be open, sign said be back soon, waited shortly with the girls, no one came we left, called them no answer, 2 hours later they called back to tell us they weren't open. After reading the reviews doesn't seem like we missed much, went to Cold Stone instead.
Went to the mall for boba and food and waited over 90 minutes because they had a paper that said "be back soon" yikes.
I ask how they did this and the guy wouldn't explain it to me. So he lost a customer. Going to treat others like that. Hope they close very soon.
This place is amazing! They have the best Bubble Tea ?!!! I hope to get more from them but many try something else as well I hope to go back in the future until then please give this place a try and try the Bubble tea it’s amazing love ❤️ it!!!
I really recommend this she is really polite and very helpful and fast the best ice cream rolls I've ever had in my life
They charge u a 1 if u pay with card and the boba is 9$ and it not good so I just wasted money on something that was not worth it

idk what the cashiers name, all i know is shes asian. im asian too bdw just, but anyway she was on her phone and didnt change her gloves and trying to call someone also touched the wet wash clothes that thing u wipe the table??... Also did not even try to clean the stove which we end up not eating anything and throw the ice cream. cuz it taste like mango and birthday cake which we wanted oreo girl. health inspector was there too, she noticed everything. What a waste of $15.00 also she looks so mad most of times this shouldnt be tolerated. im pretty sure we need a refund..
Delicious & amazing costumer service!! She helped our 9 person party even when we came right before close. The ice cream tastes so fresh and isn't too overpowering or heavy. Would definitely recommend to EVERYONE. Smoothies were delicious as well.
My son snd his girlfriend went there yesterday afternoon. They had gotten their order and took it with them. They started to eat and drink it on the way home and the strawberry lemon day had the WHOLE strawberry including the stems and all ground up in it. That was tossed out. Next came the ice cream blue moon flavor and now this has spoiled milk in it. Chunky snd smelled terrible. The lady made the stuff in back where they weren’t able to see it being made. 30.00 bucks later for everything to be thrown out. If we would’ve lived closer it definitely would’ve been coming back but being we live an hour away it was to far to come back. Absolutely horrible!
