A little inconsistent but i can usually do the drive thru without too much of a hassle. Coffee is almost always good and hot.
Claire is awesome for suggesting new drinks when my favorite is out in the area. Super helpful and kind.
Fresh, hot, and delicious. Except a short delay during the morning rush. Park Street is very busy and the drive-thru is busy. I use their app to order ahead and get DD points.
Ordered through Uber eats and my drink was half empty with streaks on the cup. Hope you enjoyed my coffee

I come to this location very often and I've come to the conclusion that every employee needs to be retrained. Not only do they need quality control but there is no consistency at all. You can come to this location every day of the week order the same thing and get something different. Like what is a pump? It's different for every employee. Some do a full pump some a half some a quarter. Also everyone's definition of extra is different. They get so focused on just getting the item made and out the door they don't care how it tastes.
There were technical difficulties in the drive thru this morning but the crew was accommodating and lovely. Shoutout to Jay and whoever else was working. Much love.

I usually go to the one off fish hatch by the Kwik trip, but today this one was closer to me. I ordered some food then asked about a free drink on my birthday. My app wasn't recognizing that it was my birthday today, and I even tried to show the staff my ID. I go to Dunkin a lot and I was really disappointed they wouldn't honor a free drink when their app wasn't working correctly. Even the manager came to the window and said they couldn't do it. They should see how often I to Dunkin on my bank statement, I really didn't feel like a customer they cared about.
They gave me the wrong drink 3x in a row so I just returned it entirely.I cant have caffiene due to heart issues and the continue to give me standard coffee when I continuously ask for decaf.Happens almost every single time I go there.
