We went for a date night on a Saturday around 5-515. We got seated right away. The man that was serving us was excellent and explained everything to us. The food came out fast. The sauce bar was fantastic and had a lot of good choices. We got beef and pork with Shrimp balls. It comes with a bunch of veggies. My husband got the Szechuan Spicy Broth. I got the Thai Hot and Sour Broth. They were both excellent. They were not spicy to us, but we are used to spice. I got the Milk Tea, and my husband got their regular tea. They were both great. We loved all the food and will be back again! I'd give this place ten stars if I could.
My husband and I love this place. They just recently moved closer to us too! Service is always good, meat quality was good and veggies to. I say on a hot day or cold day I'm still be in there eating.
Sweet & sour pork(锅包肉) and Three brothers(地三鲜) are two traditional dishes in north east of China. Double 10 does make authentically flavored Dongbei dishes in Madison.Certified by a Lao Tie???
My friend and I drove from Appleton area to try the Hot Pot! This was our first hotpot experience and we had no idea what to expect. The server we had was so kind and helpful! Explained everything and answered all our questions! I definitely can not say enough good things! We both did the beef and it was delicious, I did the spicy broth and she did the vegetable broth. We added on extra beef, broccoli, meatballs, bok choy, and mushrooms! I very much enjoyed the fact that they are individual hotpots, as I like spicy and she does not! Also very reasonably priced! I can not wait to come back! Worth the 2 hour drive!
not only is the food fresh and delicious, but they called to tell me they forgot the egg rolls in my order and the eatstreet driver had left, and offered free egg rolls for my next order. Well the egg rolls are here but i'm just so impressed with the care they took to let me know.
I had a great experience. It was affordable and I will definitely be coming back!We arrived during a busy time but they were quick to get us a table- which happened to be their large group room? It was really nice that we had the space, and though that arrangement wasn’t planned it was something I’d definitely consider bringing my 6 person family to!My boyfriend and I had never had hot pot but the worker was very informative and helpful. Food was delicious and we both left full. I enjoyed one of the spicy base options and it was great!
Great food and always great service. We're so glad they have this new location, it makes visiting more often easier for us.

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE & DELICIOUS!!! Our family went for a birthday and had 6 people who had never been to a hot pot place before. The owner helped us order and gave us advice the whole way. Delicious food and super fun! He made sure we were well stocked in noodles and beverages the entire time and even showed us how to make our own sauce. He even came back to the table to give us sliced oranges as a special birthday treat!!! We will be back again for sure! Would recommend to anyone new to hot pot or if you just want a fun dinner experience!
So happy they reopened since we only got to experience them once before they closed 2 years ago. It was so good. I had the seafood with Korean kimchi broth and my husband had the beef with Szechwan Spicy broth. You make your own dipping sauce from 9 different options and they have a recipe for a popular dipping sauce if you don't know what you want. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Visited today (01/08/2022) and looking forward to visiting again soon.
