Came in to dine in for lunch, which was not too bad. However when we ordered the ice cream sundae to go, She rung us up and took our payment without asking any details. She then made the sundae and handed it to us. When my husband said how come it’s so small, she got upset and raised her voice a bit. She gave us a 1 scoop ice cream sundae with fudge when we wanted the 2 scoop turtle sundae. She then said you want another one? My husband then said yes and specifically told her the 2 scoop turtle sundae. She made the turtle sundae with nuts which cost over $6.00 just so we can trash it in the trash can. She should have asked in the beginning as to which sundae we want and how many scoops. That would have save us the hassle of having to buy 2 sundaes and the wasted dollar just to trash it. Not only that for her to get upset at us because we questioned her. she neglected to ask us as to what want not assume.
The food from this Culver's is always solid. I very rarely get errors on my orders. The ONLY caveat is that it's always busy. Always, even at close time, but it tells you how good it is!
Ample parking stand alone building in outdoor shopping center/mall. Indoor dining now available. We were greeted promptly and orders taken quickly. I ordered fried cod and I hate to say, was disappointed. The fish was completely flavorless, and the bland tartar sauce was no help. Normally I order a butter burger or chicken strip, which both are really good. Moving forward, I will stick with these two menu items as I know they are tried and true. (If Culver's ever brings back the spicy chicken strip, those are the best to order!!)
They were kinda buisy so I didn’t expect to much but come on! I ordered a butter burger with pickles and ketchup, they put 1 pickle, and 2 burger Pattie’s! Then i ordered pretzel bites replacing the fries, and he didn’t give me any cheese! Let alone when we were ordering we have to repeat our selves multiple times for him to get out order somewhat under standable and the guy was talking so quiet we couldn’t hear him for the life of us!
Order was not correct. Did not get plastic wear with the shrimp meal. My fiance ordered chili supreme and didn't get cheese, onions, and sour cream with it. Store was not clean at all after placing our order we went to get drinks and then sat down. Your staff kept starring at us like we were aliens. Staff was also really rude. Bathroom were not clean no paper towels to dry hands.
We went when it was super busy and they still had our food to us within 5 minutes. Everything you can expect from culver’s food with efficient and focused staff. Tip well!!
3/7/2022 @ 10:20pm Rude woman taking drive thru orders. She was obviously upset about another customer and proceeded to take it out on me. Not cool. Bad customer service and unprofessional. I've been eating Culver's for years lady. I know what sizes are available and I knew what I wanted. She should have just taken my order instead of assuming I don't know the sizes. I drove off without anything. This location has always had problems getting orders right etc. They are super cheap with add ins for mixers too. My husband counted literally 7 pieces of cookie dough for a regular. ? ??
I go here a lot and haven’t had a bad experience. I like the patio on the back. The bike path connects here, so it’s pretty easy to get here even though it’s right off the beltline.
Culver's always has great food. The Cod fillet was on the menu this evening, along with the FOD. If the foot traffic was any indication, the place was hopping. Monica did a great job helping us. Everyone was so friendly.
Meal was wrong, burger was dry, and the cheese curds cold. The food just wasn't good at all.Would give one star but the staff was very nice and the place very clean.
