I ordered close to 6 pm and waited 14 mins for a burger and fries... I think it was shift change time... Food was cold. I've had decent meals in the past but this one missed the mark
Food is awesome! But when they screw up the order after waiting for 15 minutes in the queue? Then you have to wait for your order, get the wrong stuff? Park and head inside to order again and wait again? That part is not so good.
Just got off work at 9:30 pm after a 10+ hour day and found myself really craving a burger and a shake. Drove 15 minutes to get here 15 minutes before they closed. There was someone in front of me in the drive-thru when I arrived. The gentlemen who greeted me at the window and delivered my food both had pleasant demeanors and smiles on their faces. There were three cars behind me as I was leaving. The food was exactly as I ordered it, and it really hit the spot. I just wanted to give a kudos to whoever is working the closing shift on Tuesday night for keeping up a good attitude and doing a professional job that frequently goes unappreciated, especially in the face of a late night minor rush right at closing time. Your service did not go unappreciated tonight. Thank you, and keep it up!
Stopped in for some custard. This Culver's was very clean and the staff were very friendly!! Lots of families with little kids enjoying their meals.
Im sorry but I would never come back to this Culver's. We ordered Cod Fish dinners, both were not appeasing. Cod was overdone, and tough, and they threw a few fries in the container. Cole slaw didn't taste good. Wasn't a good night! Put a bad taste in my mouth.
Good food, personally I’d recommend using the app to order ahead of time to get it much faster, I’ve never had cold food that way (unless it was supposed to cold ha ha)
This was the most incredible dining experience in my entire life. I walked in and the first thing I noticed was the bathroom sign. This Culver’s said screw traditions and whipped out the gentlemens room. This alone stole my heart. Right after I walked up to Kade to whom I tip my hat to. His friendly attitude, good humor and charisma had me enthralled. I was feeling in quite the goofy mood when I strutted up to the cashier Kade who inspired me to create to what some may consider a monster but to me is a little slice of heaven in earth. With Kades guidance I have created my new favorite meal… the shrimp sandwich with anything they have in the fridge on top. Once we were seated Kade made it his mission to ensure we were having an exemplary experience. He frequently asked if we were doing alright and was delighted to see us revealing in the euphoria which was our meal. On every concrete mixer they drew happy faces which warmed all of our hearts. Thank you Culver’s. 10/10 will come back.
The parking lot is really tiny and there is a major lack of room for drive thru vehicles to wait for their orders to be brought out to their cars causing the drive thru to backup. The flavor of the day is only advertised in the front of the restaurant while there is an entrance in the rear where you cannot see the sign at all. This was an odd observation but they only have one outdoor garbage can. They are also stingy when it comes to the frozen custard.
I went to this location today . December 14, 2021. I was masked and I am happy to say I felt safe going here through the drive through. The staff at the payment window and the guy who delivered my food were both masked and had gloves on
