Pretty good coffee drinks. Service is a bit underwhelming.
I love this place for working, reading and/or relaxing. The atmosphere is usually pretty quiet. Coffee and espresso drinks are superb. The bread they use for the different toasts is so thick and yummy!
We lost track of time in the day, stopped in for a coffee, didn't realize the shop was about to close in a minute, would have never known either. Got the best cup of coffee with the best service! Thanks.
Crescendo provided coffee and espresso through their mobile bar at my wedding in August and it was delicious!! Cait and Paul were both awesome to work with and made the whole planning process stress free and straightforward. They provided services for pretty much the entire day and guests LOVED it! So did we! Thank you again Crescendo for being a highlight on our special day!!
We took a LONG walk around UW Madison on a snowy December day. At the end we got hot drinks and sandwiches at Crescendo and really enjoyed it. I had Rishi chai which is wonderfully spiced with ginger. My son enjoyed a macha tea. Two others had various coffees and said they were excellent. However, we were hungry, too, so we got some food (which is decently priced). Very yummy tree-hugger sandwich with an egg, wonderful pesto and a few other ingredients between an English muffin. This was really tasty. I tried the Crescendo burrito with black beans, sweet potato and tofu and it was quite good - especially with the salsa-like dip to add some zip. This place is GOOD. give it a try!

Cool spot. Good options. Miel was not good. It was 4/5 just milk. No balance in it. No cinnamon. Would not order that here
1st time customer. My Cold brew was a sour flavorless mess - 20 oz mostly foam on top very disappointing
