For the most part great service and a decent sub at a reasonable price.

Fast service and good food. Had a chicken bacon deluxe hot sandwich on parmesan Italian bread. No mayo. With lay's barbecue chips and a cherry coke. Always a good option and they were very fast today.

Subway don't got nothing on cousins I wish y'all would put one in Texas around Dallas area

Not very happy with the food we ordered, Didn't have hardly any meat on them. The ends of sub was hard. Very little food on the bread. Not impressed.

every single time i ask for no lettuce, and 9/10 times there is lettuce on the sandwich. its so hard to be understanding when every time you order they clarify “no lettuce?” and you say “no lettuce”just to receive a sandwich full of lettuce. i dont understand what else i have to do to get a sandwich made without lettuce. there was an occasion where “no lettuce” was clarified twice, and i still got lettuce. the manager told me its because when you take lettuce off it doesnt say “no lettuce” on the ticket, the word lettuce is just removed.so i understand that makes no sense and it could be easier to read for the people preparing the food, but why is it so hard to notice that there is no vegetables on the sandwich, i just want meat and cheese.i was really upset when i wrote this, it just makes me upset because ive been here maybe 15 times, and atleast 10-12 times its been messed up

The staff is extremely accommodating .. poor lady in the drive through was soo patient , great staff!

Update: Cousins leadership did reach out and offer to Remedy the issue. It's appriciated that they do care about their customers and actively monitor Google Reviews. I added a star for the correspondence, but still believe that improvents need to be made due to long-running issues at this location - NOT with the employees working, they were working very hard but unable to keep up with demand, but the amount of employees on-shift during demand hours.Like many places, they are suffering from staffing shortages and it shows. My online bought-and-paid-for order was incorrect (ordered double meat and cheese - got neither) and I had to wait in the drive thru for 25 minutes after my order was complete due to the lobby being closed. Until Management can address the staffing issues at this location, I will not be returning.

Never disappointed in my food the only thing they should work on is staffing! It takes a little longer to get it but it's always good when I do
