The staff members are so nice and the ice cream is amazing. So many unique flavors! Outside in back, there is direct access from the bike trail. Great place to relax and eat tasty dessert.
Yum! They have a lot of yummy flavors and cone options. I had lemon meringue and it was perfect...not too sweet or tart. My kids loved the ultimate oreo flavor. It's nice that they are open late (until 10pm the night we went). The line was long, but it moved quickly.
I was so excited to find this shoppe closer to my house! Zoey is an ice cream scooping champion, she got orders ready faster than Superman!?! Lily was very compassionate and helpful also! I know days are long and some days are rough , but I’m happy you guys were there to deliver my favorite comfort food at an end of a very hard day, keep being awesome!!
It's our favorite ice cream shop in the Madison area even though it's a little more expensive. Every flavor of ice cream we have tried has been delicious. We especially enjoy the outdoor seating outside, it can get crowded on warm evenings and parking can be difficult at this location.
This is a new location for a Madison gem that I've enjoyed for 30 years. Love the patio and their partnership with Mobcraft. Have a cone while you're there and take home some amazing ice cream sandwiches.
Had taken granddaughter to children's museum, when we left she asked for ice cream cone. Since DT drove over to chocolate shoppe, found temp area to park & sit, she went in to buy cone. She was wearing "furry" accessories, tail, cat ears and raptor mask, apparently clerk liked it, man that cone looked like 4 scooper. Haha. Happy camper. Also great ice cream, shoppe has been local favorite for many years.
Excellent ice cream. The staff is quick, nice and knowledgeable about their ice cream. Nice little store front and interior decorations. Only draw back is parking is near impossible to find.
This location is wonderful! Easy to stop in while walking around the neighborhood and the bike path is directly behind the building. There's outdoor seating and a community garden near it too. Nothing beats grabbing ice cream in the summer and sitting outside to enjoy it. And Chocolate Shoppe ice cream is always so creamy ?
Oh My Heavens! This little Beauty is a Real treasure! I cannot get enough of Chocolate Shoppe BUT.. This location is the Absolute Best and it’s all Because of Catie and Ava those girls make the shoppe so fun and fresh! It’s an absolute experience when I go to “our Chocolate Shoppe”. Time and time again I choose this location. Thank you girls for being so amazing and really bringing your best when you show up; which is ALWAYS! I can’t wait until next time; which will be soon don’t worry! Super clean Uber-friendly and efficient!! These girls truly deserve a raise for all their hard work and dedication they put into this company!! With my heart filled with love and My sweet tooth satisfied I give this place another 5 Stars!!
