Really good ice cream - should have gotten the flight so I could have tried more flavors!
They had so many flavor to choose from the only thing was ice cream wasn't as hard as it could have been but def not taking away from the great ice cream! We always come back
Horrible service. No urgency. Low selection of flavors and toppings.Recently left the review above.. Chocolate shoppe sent me a hand written note apologizing for my experience along with free scoop coupons. I’m very impressed by their initiative to fix my bad experience.. kudos to them for their hospitality
Has a really good cookie dough ice cream, it does have chocolate in it as well.
Me and ice cream have an antagonistic relationship.I find it absolutely delicious, get ice cream remains to be less than a healthy snack.At the chocolate ice cream shoppe would say, "eat a carrot".I recommended their dirt cake shake and there is Zanzibar ice cream.There's plenty of parking at this location, although there isn't much indoor seating.
Normally, this is my favorite location. I always get a pint for everyone in our family. Usually, the pints are packed full so everyone gets a couple different servings out of them. We got home tonight and the pints had so much air in them. It was the first time I finished one in one sitting. It was maybe a little over a scoop. They were new workers, so I'm hoping it was them just learning the ropes. I hope so because we visit at least once a week during the summer and that will be changing if this is how the servings are going to be this year.
Very nice place with a great selection. It might be a little pricey but it's worth that. Within walking distance of my house so that's a huge plus for us. I even walked here in the middle of January ?
I have attempted to go to this specific location on Fordham Avenue several times and continually getting a fight with the employees that work there over the mask mandate and having health restrictions This was my last and final attempt to have ice cream from them I will no longer Be giving any type of patronage to this company as I as I have seen how this company operates and do not like the ugly truth is proof of how nasty the employees and management R2 its customers
