The slowest Chipotle I’ve ever been to. 25 minutes to go through a line of 6 people. Employees moved at a snail’s pace and did not interact with any of the customers, except to say how much they owed. No organization, complete disorder. The restaurant was a mess, including bathrooms and not a single clean table in the place. Happy to go elsewhere next time.

Tried Chipotle after it got back to normal...not satisfied at all.....this is for the E Washington outlet....tried for at least 3-4 times chicken n veggies burrito bowl or wrap over some time now...it's seems the quality has just gone down so is the taste....went in today afternoon n they were out of veggies asked them to refill but said they have none.... missing many sides too...the servers seem not interested too...not going there anymore...I'll give it a least 1star

I went in yesterday, and the place was pretty busy, the food had to be restocked, but the man working yesterday was phenomenal! He looked stressed but was still so polite and speedy! He was making the entrees, the veggies, and i believe the meat all by himself (other people were doing the cash register and online orders) but he was stellar!

Ordered my food through mobile pickup. My promised time was 7p. I got it 30 minutes later. Ordered extra protein and a large chip and guac and I’m fumid because you guys were greedy, I suppose. Definitely shouldn’t see the bottom of the bowl… I specifically go to chipotle because of the bowls and I have forgiven you guys time and time again. You guys seemed very understaffed, looks like there’s more people in the kitchen that could be helping with mobile orders if you aren’t taking orders personally…

Walked in a few days ago when the restaurant opened, and I was told there were no tortillas...the staple ingredient for about 75% of the entire menu...I asked when it was coming in, and I was told when the manager arrives. I asked when that was and was told 3pm...which was 4 hours later. I left after hearing that. Good luck with your lunch rush.

This place has gone to the wayside!! The last 3 times we have gone there it has been aweful, and the 4th time they were closed with a note on the door. Is it me or my imagination...are the portions 1/3 of what they use to be? The quality of the food is just as bad. The service is right there with the quantity and quality of the food, not good. We tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but it's just not improving. We wish them well and hope they return to the Chipolte we once loved.

Stopped in on 1/17/22 for a late lunch (3PM). There was ONE employee working in the entire restaurant. He was doing his best, trying to make orders, ring up people, prep food. He was running his tail off.Customers were being polite, but we were traveling, so we left for a competing restaurant across the street that was fully staffed. Chipotle: pay your people better, or treat your people better, and you will have enough people on a Monday afternoon.

I love the carnitas burrito...the service model of this,and maybe all Chipotle grills has changed to an online only ordering system.I don't mind that so much...I didn't like the ( we won't even look at you to acknowledge your presence) behavior.Felt a little bit like getting a sandwich from a vending machine...only slightly warmer.You kids can do better... don't throw out the human element completely.C-vid will go away someday...I hope.

This location is vastly understaffed. This is not the staffs fault but more ownership for not fixing this problem. I honestly feel sorry for the employees who come into work and have to deal with staff shortages and angry customers. They all should be given raises for trying so hard.This has been a problem for awhile now, due to incompetent owners. I went to order online through the app. It said the order would be finished at 6:20. Cool, my fiancé got there at 6:30 knowing they were going to be slow from last experiences. Our order was not finished until 7:00 and that’s only because I started to complain to management. It’s unacceptable.Do yourselves all a favor and go across the street to Qdoba.

So as much as I love this location and the staff & food, I came today and there is a sign on the door “digital orders only”. I had no idea what that meant so I walked inside - I needed to order through my phone. I’m horrible with my phone! I figured it out and am waiting for my food. But it would help to understand why they only have digital orders and is this temporary? No information. I love the food so I’m still enjoying the food, but come on - communication is important!
