Great food! The best Egg Foo Young - House style! The best dumplings - nice and tender! Crab Rangoon are nice and crispy.
I have never ordered food from China Inn but I did last night because we were in the neighborhood. I ordered 4 different entrees and they all were excellent! The pickup up was ready in 15 minutes and was great! We like spicy food and checked that box on the online order and it was just how we liked it. I only wish we lived closer to the restaurant to order more often.
The Chinese restaurant experience you know and love. The staff is super friendly and the food is solid. My wife loved her egg rolls. The Kung Pao chicken is good. Extra hot is on the lower end of what I’d consider “hot”. They Still only offer takeout but the line was always at least 7 people deep so it’s a popular spot.
I have never written a google review before but I do want to say that this is one of the best Chinese places in East Madison. Great prices and the chicken teriyaki and general chicken was great. I will be a repeat customer.

Ordering was easy food was quick seemed to me as if it was not made fresh tasted like it was sitting for awhile awful taste always liked chinese food but since i started to follow recipes online i can tell a big difference with fresh and food that taste like its been sitting for awhile sorry but not for me anymore and wow has the price gone up in Chinese food. Feel like fast food is what it is which i though i could usually see the steam come off the food when i opened it up before mabye its just the china inn.
I use to love this place. I would eat here sometimes 3 times a week. Unfortunately the last 3 times I have order the food has been absolutely terrible, it doesn't taste the same as if everything has changed. Today will probably be my last time ordering even though this is seriously one of my favorite place to eat in Madison! I order 2 items today for lunch and it's just not great or even good. Disappointed.
Convenient location, super quick, and good food for the cost. I love the employees’ positive attitude every time I’ve been there.
Best Chinese take out in Madison. I drive 35 miles, passing lots of other restaurants, to enjoy their shrimp egg foo yung. Large portions and reasonably priced.
