Kylie is a great server. She was bustin her butt off cleaning the tables, taking guests, and serving food. While a couple other black girl workers were just sitting in the corner not doing anything. She has a strong work ethic and should be recognized. The food was delicious as well. Bartender and Kylie were the ones working their butt off when short staffed and a lot of people there

It was nothing special. The food was good. The service was just ok. The facility needs an update very badly. It is run-down really bad. We had not been to a Chili's in years. There's no reason to go back to go back.
I'm in general a fan of Chili's, but I've never went to this location and had a good experience. Worth the extra drive to the east side location. They were mostly empty and service/food/drinks were still super slow. Staff were hanging out and talking in the corner while people waited to be seated, waited for drinks etc... Maybe they are short staffed in the kitchen, but that should be communicated then. No discounts offered after the wait, errors.
Took forever to serve us and the food came out so cold and took my fiancé out and this was our first time coming here and it was disappointed and decided we would never come back again for poor customer services
Dont go there if you are thirsty, hungry and want good service. Our server only saw us twice. Once to take our drink order and once to take our food order. From where our table was, we could clearly see that she did not once approach the bar for our drink order. She did come our table to tell us that the bartender was behind, however, our drinks did not arrive until after our supper arrived. Mushrooms on the burger were not cooked. I couldn't tell the waitress because we never saw her until we were done eating and she asked us if we needed "boxes?" I did go up the front to complain and the manager basically told me that I was aggressive and he would defend his server. Appalling. We had empty water glasses and empty drinks. In 32 years of working in hospitality, I have never had a bartender so far behind, that the drink didnt get to the table until the food arrived. The manager and server should be fired!
I have been going to location and had great visits. This last time changed my entire thoughts and would never go there again. There should never be an instance where one bartender with helping 16 people. I watched 5 other people pop out of the back like a pop-up picture and ignored or avoided people. Poor leadership
Had to wait forever for a seat when there were many tables free. Wall between booths were dusty and dirty. Hubby's burger was still very pink inside....still mooing. It's a shame cuz Chili's has always been one of my fave places to eat.
We ordered online, did curbside pick up, and then nobody brought our food out.. so I went in to get our order & staff said they remembered seeing it, but couldn't find it. They said someone must have "helped themselves" to my order. They offered to remake it, but that it would be 40 mins (why wouldn'tthey offer to expediteit?)... so we left. This is the SECOND TIME in the last few months that somebody either took our order or it was given away to the wrong person. Chili's needs to MOVE THEIR PICK UP RACK SOMEWHERE ELSE. SO ANNOYING. Never going to this Chili's location again.
