So I ate at Chick-fil-A today for dinner today in Madison. To start off my meal was free because the app crashed and I got a free cookie. My meal was delicious. Went to my Jeep and it would not start. This was at 7pm. I went in to see if someone could jump my Jeep. One of the managers came out brought the Chick-fil-A van to help me. We let it charge for a while and nothing happened. It was 8pm at that time the owner came out. He and the Manager were not sure what to do. The owner offered to take me to Walmart to get new battery. I got to ride in the Chick-fil-A van. Lol we got back to the restaurant a little before 9pm. The owner and manager changed out the battery and still it would not start. At this point both of them are calling people, their dads even to see if they would have any idea. The Manager’s dad told him to wiggle the wires on the starter and then suggested I put the Jeep in neutral and try starting it. Voila, it started. I got to my sister’s house a little after 10 just in time to feed the dogs and cats. What I want to say is these men went above an beyond the call of duty to help someone they didn’t even know. I declare blessings over them and their families. I have no word accept thank you Jesus for putting those two in my path to help me today. I really hope they get to see this.
Nice location but there's room for improvement on order confirmation like asking of name not the always order; the reason being that one could have the same order like someone else. Tonight, a short kept asking about the order I placed but still couldn't pull it out after saying it twice and I initially offered to say my name. Finally, she pulled it up after I said my name; she just made it weird. Either she didn't know she was doing or she just doesnt hear that well; it looks like the former.
DISAPPOINTED! I just spent almost $70 worth of food with chick fil A and EVERYTHING was wrong. On top of everything being wrong a strawberry shake was added to my order that I never ordered they first told me that I can have it. Shortly after they very RUDLEY asked for it back, because I requested aREFUND! Ofcourse I would request a refund for something I didn't order and why ask for it back when now your going to throwing away after initially saying I can keep it. I won't be back for quite sometime if I do come back, because the customer service today was AWFUL
Great experience as always. Ordered the new bbq bacon crispy chicken sandwich with waffle fries and a large cherry coke. Wait staff followed up that everything was good and came back for drink refills.
This Chick-fil-a has amazing customer service and never messes up my order every time that I go there. They always have smiles on their faces and are very good at time management.
Decent fast food chicken. Chicken is seasoned well and moist. Friendly staff. Clean restaurant. Definitely a kid favorite.
First time eating chic-fil-a, I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich. Wendy’s use to be my go to for spicy chicken sandwich’s but no more. The staff was extremely friendly especially team member Cody at the location on the east side of Madison. Definitely will be eating here when I’m in the area.
the foods good but its quite sad when we go to order lunch each time from this location since they have a heavy issue with portion control, i pay for multiple cups of medium size mac and cheese and each time i get a medium bowl cup thats only filled half way up where you can see a lot of obvious room. i have made multiple complaints and they still seem to have the issue. kinda sad i have to write here for it to be known.
Typical Chick Fil A which means awesome. Employees were friendly and helpful, food was hot and delicious. The sign outside looked old school but cool.
5 stars ? ? ? ? ?I would give Chick-fil-A Five Stars just for there consistency on food. My family has eaten here numerous times and every time the food is the exact same quality as is the service. My personal favorites are the chicken nuggets. There's just something delicious about the way they make it with those small crispy breaded bites. They are just so darn good. And everyone I know that goes to Chick-fil-A always gets their waffle fries. Those things are so delicious and so consistent that no matter when you get it it's always the same. And the best part is they don't get soggy like a lot of fast food places.Their mac and cheese was a new try for us this time. We had heard from other people how great it was and had to experience it for ourselves. The crust on the top was delicious melted cheese, and a little bit salty but not too much. The pasta wasn't overcooked which was surprising because a lot of fast food restaurants don't do mac and cheese right. This had a wonderful creamy sharp cheddar sauce and the noodles were still al dente. It even reheated well which says a lot for fast food mac and cheese. My wife's favorite is their chicken sandwich. The white meat chicken is super juicy and tender. The pickle brine they use on the chicken makes it slightly salty and delicious. It's never greasy or overcooked, just perfect.Their lemonade is always super fresh and tastes better than anything you'd get from any other fast food restaurant. It actually tastes like real lemons instead of powder. It can be a bit tart, so if that's not your favorite, it might not be for you.Their customer service is unparalleled. This is something that Chick-fil-A is universally known for and this location definitely lives up to their name. Not to mention if you see a giant line at Chick-fil-A most places you'd be like I don't want to eat there, Chick-fil-A's line to get food and drive-thru goes so fast it's crazy. Our location has adapted very well in the pandemic world. With the extra amount of people going through the drive-through as opposed to eating indoors, their staff is extra on top of it making sure the line always moves quick and we've never had them mix up our order. We will definitely continue to eat at this Chick-fil-A!
