We love the chicken nuggets!! Our favorite sauce is honey roasted bbq !! Great food and service our desserts were fantastic! We only wish that there was one in our home town of Wausau,WI it would be a huge hit!!
Usually great. Not today.I ordered a coffee, among other things, and they never brought it out to the curb side.Like 20min went by so I ordered another one. Got that one but they didn’t bring anything to stir the coffee with. Also, usually they put the sweeteners in.I’m moving so I didn’t have any spoons or utensils.I went in and they offer a refund or something else for the first coffee I never got. So that problem was resolved.Once I left and was on the road, I’m about to eat my chicken sandwich, which I ordered with double pickles, and it didn’t have any.I left 4 stars cause they resolved the first problem and I’m sure they’d have resolved the other one.
Thank you for having GREAT employees Chick-fil-A!It's a very busy place, but the service is speedy and done with a smile. There delivery driver even helped me push my car one night, because it had stalled at a stop light. He was such an angel. He didn't have to help but he seen I was in trouble and took action.
Although we dined in, both drive-through lanes were flowing rapidly.The restaurant was 90% to capacity and we waited for our food about a minute before being served at our table.The two of us had spicy chicken sandwiches Plus waffle fries and everything was delicious.I forgot to bring my cell in for photos.Chick-fil-A is Simply Amazing
I usually don't have a problem with Chick-fil-A but this morning I did. I ordered a salad for lunch and I could barely hear through the drive because the person next to me was so loud over the intercom. I ask for grilled chicken on my salad and I got fried. Also, I'm irritated that I had to pay almost $10 for a salad and it was an average size!
Majority the times when I place an order on how I request my food to be, it doesn’t come out as such. I talked to management every single time and show my food to them and I get the correct placement of food.This time around, I was late to work due to not having everything I requested for my order. I didn’t like the way I was treated by management in the end, because the lack thereof fulfilling a customers request when the order was placed.I was told not to come back anymore due to not having my order right and being late to work. What a shame on how I was treated by management.
It's a fast food place. Very efficient, people are very sweet and pleasant. If you've caught attitude at other fast food places, you will be happy with your treatment here. Hehe
We come for breakfast often and its always very good. Tried it for lunch today and it was actively terrible. Didn't have the full menu to view at the strange "drivethru" person standing outside with a tablet so kinda just had to guess, ended up giving us the wrong sauce for my soggy nuggets, and the fries had been clearly (under) fried way too long ago.
This place is insane. They pump out orders faster than I've ever seen in fast food. You'd like to think the surrounding fast food restaurants would step up their game.
