This is the best sandwich in Madison and probably the best sandwich i’ve ever had. Me and my coworkers order this to work every friday it’s open on east street and it always is a special friday treat. I always get the Paradigm. The focaccia bread is insanely good and they use the best mozzarella. I always feel like i need a second sandwich to truly savor the flavor as i completely devour the first one.
Solid lunch spot with focaccia as a bread choice!!! Convenient and friendly and quick. Looking forward to trying other sandwiches.

They were serving some sort of eggplant special when I visited. It was delicious. The best sandwich I've ever had. The house made bread is spectacular as well. I'd buy a loaf to take home if I could.
Go for the creative and delicious sandwiches, keep going back for the specials and never forget to grab a cookie…if they still have them.There’s a lot of love and care that goes into everything they make. They use top quality meat that is sliced fresh before it is placed between their outstanding bread. With most sandwiches you can choose between hero and focaccia. They’re both phenomenal, but my preference is the focaccia. Make sure to follow them on Instagram, so you know what specials are coming up. Be sure to give the spicy chickpeas a try and their soups look delicious. They also offer take home dinners that I haven’t tried, but I can guarantee are amazing.And the cookies, oh the cookies. If you get there past noon, they are probably sold out. There’s only one kind, chocolate chip, but it will change your life. They are soft with ribbons of chocolate and big flaky salt on top for a sweet and salty combination that will make your mouth water.
Sullivan had way to much arugula. Meat was thin and fat not trimmed off. Basically an arugula sandwich. Menu pics not representative of the real thing.

I had them cater a training for my work today - it was great! Everything was simple and arrived right on time. They had a great variety and most of the attendees had never had their sandwiches before until now. I will definitely be ordering from them again!
