This place is everything you want in a coffee shop. Amazing coffee and food, delicious baked goods, perfect coffee shop ambiance with a loft. Has a drive-through! They always notice my pup in the back seat and offer a piece of ham :). Best coffee spot in Madison hands down.
One of the most spacious coffee shops I have ever been to, and as with all cargo coffee locations their drinks rarely disappoint.
This is the best coffee shop in Madison. The coffee is great, the people are better. They give a slice of ham to your dog (and sometimes one for the baby). Truly a place that makes our city better.
I loved this coffee shop as I used to come here all the time when I worked nearby. Recently, I’ve had terrible customer service at the drive thru. She misheard our order and proceeded to speak to us with a condescending, annoyed tone when we kindly asked for clarification regarding where the rest of it was. We had ordered one chix wrap, one tea, and one croissant sandwich. When we asked where the croissant sandwich was, she seemed annoyed we were even asking and acted like we didn’t order it and were trying to scam her. She then came back with a cold, plain croissant without a bag or any packaging like we ruined her whole day. At first, we also attributed it to maybe a bad day but after reading other reviews, it seems like this is a consistent issue. Fast food chain drive-thrus have significantly better, kinder, and more efficient service. As a recommendation, there are other jobs that are not customer-facing.
Cute cafe with a lot of places to sit. And they stay open late which is not common in this covid world we live in now. Good food and tasty drinks. They have wine and beer here too. I've had two great dates here and we'll continue to come here.
I don’t think I have been to a coffee shop that offers better value for money. The place is very spacious and plenty of comfortable seating. Food and drinks are delicious and very cheap yet good quality. Great place to read a book or to work.

Unfortunately I have had a run of extremely rude baristas at the drive through. I understand an occasional bad day but the consistent attitude of annoyance and inconvenience ordering a simple coffee is met with short responses and attitude. Today I had the rudest person yet.Additionally when I ordered a matcha from the drive through, it was just milk with the powder on top not mixed in or anything…Disappointing and unnecessarily rude service from a coffee shop I used to enjoy.
My friend and I ordered Vanilla Latte with Almond Milk and honey.. Also with double espressos. It was very tasty and delicious! Thos place is very cute. Perfect for people who want to come here to study and listen to the music. Staff are very friendly!! There are some of vegan bakery and various flavor muffins.
