I was extremely impressed with the staff, they were busy and In my opinion were dealing with a few customers that were just bad customers. Yes people can be bad customers. But the staff was smiling and apologizing and doing everything possible to make these oy happy. The staff should have told them to screw themselves as they were just plain rude and acting intitled.Great job everyone. I couldn't thank you enough for the fantastic service I received.
Why is it that the commercial shows nice lettuce and a big slice of tomato but what you actually get is five one inch squares of iceberg lettuce and a micro slice of tomato? Not to mention usually sitting to be reheated. I really did like the few of the impossible whopper but still not good.
The people who work here are always awesome! And the food is awesome at this location. Big appreciation to these dudes
Great tasting food made quickly by a friendly and helpful staff. Answered questions about using coupons from the Burger King app and made sure I got what I wanted. And most importantly, this store on East Washington Avenue by Milwaukee Street has the dining room open until 10pm. Great experience and I'll definitely be back!
Worst service ever and every never get your order right. And then have the nerve to get upset after you ask them to fix it.
Very good food. I don't eat bread and ordered the original chicken with lettuce and mayo no bun and they put in a platter with it all and included packets.of mayo I didn't even have to ask for. Was soooo good!
Ordered 2 whoppers and med fries got home only 1 whopper in the bag. call restaurant, they said they wound give me a whopper some other time. I called corporate number and they offer me five dollar coupon. The do not care about the customers
Taste has decent but burgers could have been warmer. Good fries. Nuggets a little dry and taste like they been sitting for quite a while.
The food is what you expect from burger King... But the staff have been excellent to me. Good people
Yummy. I do have this to say; why is it that a flame broiled burger can get out the window cold. Cool, not hot, cheese not melted? I appreciate fresh, but hot n fresh in my book is fabulous. Hot food hot right!?
