Ordered delivery to hotel - wings for myself and a hamburger for a kid. Wings are fine. Kids meal came without chocolate milk and a burger came with cheese on it when I specifically ordered hamburger without cheese. I even called the restaurant after I placed an order online to make sure they don’t put cheese on it. Ticket attached to the bag with my food clearly states no cheese. I guess kitchen staff can’t read. Not a single napkin in the bag. Very disappointed
I love this BDubs location. They’ve always hit the nail on the head in regards to my orders. I really love the fact that they host UFC event, along with other sports. I used to gather with friends her to watch many fights. I really love the friendly employees and the facility is always kept clean. Keep up the good work!! Can’t wait to visit again. Thanks!
I would give 0 stars if I could- worst experience ever. My team and I organized a working lunch to celebrate National Administrative and Professional Day. We ordered take out so we could have a scheduled time for us to all meet. One of my team members picked up our orders and as she walked in, the hostess was sitting at a table acting inappropriately with a man. As my team member picked up the food she asked if there was ranch in our order. The hostess, without looking, confirmed it was in the bag. Once we got the team together to eat, we noticed there was no ranch in the bag. Several team members who I spoke to on the phone were yelling at me and the manager, Jay, laughed on the other line when I asked her to make the mistake right. I would also like to point out that even though this was the lunch hour, we were the only take out order and they had both the dining and bar area closed. They were unable to fix such a small issue of brining us ranch but continued to be more difficult and provide terrible customer service. As a small business myself, I strive every day to provide my customers with top notch customer service. I simply expect the same in return. This is NOT the proper way to run a business.
Pretty awful experience. Went with my boyfriend and our 3 kids. I ordered wings and fries, boyfriend ordered just wings, kids had burgers and fries. We were brought the 2 orders of wings (not my fries I ordered with wings) 15 minutes prior to any other food being brought out. When I asked why I got half my order 15 minutes before any of the other food was ready, I was told they bring food out as its ready. So I asked "All our food should have been brought out at the same time. I am supposed to eat my food when the other 4 people at my table haven't gotten theirs?" Was told waiter would get manager, which he did not do so when he came back to check how we liked food, I told them I'm not eating cold wings and to take them back and not charge me for them. My boyfriend ate his cold gross wings. My family finished their food and we will not be returning to Buffalo Wild Wings.
I went there twice in less than a week. First time I placed an order over the phone and food wasn’t ready even though I waited 30 minutes after pickup time to ensure my order was done. Second time, I was missing sauces, soda, and food was cold. It’s saddening when you see the manager and employees sitting down using their phones. At least y’all could’ve done was check if all my items were in bag. Y’all gotta do better or I won’t be back anytime soon.
The hostesses didn't seem to be friendly. We felt as if were too much of a trouble for them. The server was great. We ordered 3 different flavors of wings but they were all dumped on one single tray rather than serving them separately. Not sure if this location is a place I would visit again.
My son and I visited this Madison location today for his birthday. We weren't aware that they were only doing takeout orders until we entered the restaurant, due to staff shortages. The 2 gentlemen working were so friendly and apologized that we weren't able to sit and dine in but made our take out order experience as wonderful as they possibly could.
I ordered honey BBQ and was given one of the spicy sauces. Still good, just wish they would look at what they put on the wings before they put it out.
They serve me cold wings. I told the waiter my wings and fries were cold and she left and came back and tell the manager says he’s busy he will get to me when he can? I can’t eat cold wings.
I like BW3 but they are definitely struggling.Like a lot of businesses they have staffing issues during COVID, but they seem to have been hit really hard. We placed three wing orders and two sides. The wings showed up about 10 minutes apart. One of the orders was wrong. We gave up on the sides. I didn't think the wings were particularly good either.
