I ordered 15 wings and pretzels for take out tonight and received At least 5 wings that were barely larger than a quarter. I counted all my wings and was baffled that those 5 and also one the size of a nickel counted toward my 15. Also received less than half a sauce cup of beer cheese. At its deepest it was maybe 1/3 an inch deep. While eating my wings I crunched on something uncomfy and proceeded to pull a bone out of my mouth and the wing. I’m appalled and will not be ordering from this Buffalo Wild Wings again.

Good. Standard BWW food. New app based ordering system from you phone to your table... Took 2 minutes to figure out once we did it was fine. Attractive, attentive waiting staff even though using app 90% of time.

Ordered takeout several hours ahead of time for the Super Bowl. Showed up when they said our food was done and they told us it actually wasn’t and that we should come back in an hour. Came back in an hour, it still wasn’t done. Staff were incredibly unhelpful and it seemed like they had left one worker to deal with the sea of people who had not received their food for hours. I never ask to speak to a manager anywhere I go, which is perfect because it seemed like any time an issue was brought up to the man in charge he would just wander away. I know it’s the Super Bowl, but shouldn’t you have anticipated it to be super busy? We ended up having to ask for a refund because after hours of waiting we couldn’t get any food.

Nothing special about BWW, but their online ordering process is clunky (using QR codes glued to the table) and there isn't much in the way of table service, for better or for worse. Having to "order" a water for $0 to be delivered to the table from an app is pretty weird and unnecessarily complicated.Boneless wings can be hit or miss in terms of quality. Juicy chicken and crunchy batter, but sizes really vary, sometimes they are overbattered, and some of the sauces (looking at you, carribean jerk) are not what they used to be.This location was recently remodeled. The new layout serves larger parties well, but less so individual diners, and as far as covid protections go, it's a bit of a chaotic situation. Basically no barriers between groups, especially if you end up sharing one of the large tables with another group.Staff were all masked but the loudness of the location even when less than half of capacity means lots of raised voices and extra "particulates" in the air from other patrons. Not an ideal covid protection situation, but it could be worse.

I ordered my meal at 6:38PM and the mobile app said it would be ready at 7:30PM. I arrived at 7:25PM and waited until 7:45 watching to see when they'd put our food on the shelf to no avail. Finally, I asked the front desk lady who said she'd see what was up. She came back with our food and said it had been ready and was just sitting in the kitchen. We then opened up our food and found every single box was soggy as if it had been sitting for a while. Not to mention our carrots and celery were hot from sitting in the bag with the wings for too long. Finally, we were given three ranches for the 50 wings we had ordered when we had asked for 5 ranches. This was ridiculous especially when I have had very poor interactions very similar to this in the past at this same Buffalo Wild Wings location. Last time, I ordered in store and waited an hour for my wings after the people I was sitting with had already been served. Finally, I asked about my order and they showed me a meal that had apparently been mine and just sitting in the kitchen. The order did not have the vegetables, fries, or ranch that I had ordered so it couldn't have been mine, but they said they would "remake it". I waited another five minutes and a man came out to tell me they did not have fries, so I would be getting potato wedges instead. I was very respectful and understanding through this whole interaction and this man was very rude about this. Finally, I received my meal and it was warm but BONE-IN wings instead of the boneless I asked for. Just plain disappointed with both interactions especially when I had given them a second chance:(

Even though we ordered well ahead of time for take out, it took a while for a server to bring our food out to us, even though it appeared to have been ready when it was supposed to. The Thursday bogo boneless wings make a steeply priced meal more reasonable, and as for flavor, the sauce can wildly change whether your wings are mediocre or very good.

Worst experience every! They forgot about our drinks, I had to go up to one of them and ask for them. Food wasn’t so great, pretty bland. Basically no service at all. All done on ur own phone order and pay on ur phone. I won’t not go there again.

Management appreciates their customers. We ordered online and it had DoorDash showing as the delivery method (only after I paid). We got our food- the order was supposed to be 30 traditional wings, large fry, a chicken wrap with onion rings, and a Diet Pepsi. When we received the order left at the front desk, we only received 30 BONELESS wings. The total was $75 with the fees and tip. I called the store and spoke to a manager named Scott. Luckily our hotel was somewhat close. Scott offered to fix the error if we could pick the order up since Door Dash originally delivered. We walked only a few blocks to get there since there’s no parking nearby. He gave us the correct order and a $25 gift card. We felt so thankful for everything he did to make our order right, and didn’t expect such great customer service! Please let Scott know we appreciate how great he was to us. Thank you!!!

The food was good, so compliments to the chef. However, the service was very questionable. We weren’t asked what drinks we wanted or if we wanted any water. We had to go up to the bar to ask for the water. Also, we weren’t given the vegetables or fries with our wings - we had to request those as well even though it is part of the 20/20 deal. I don’t think we were ever checked up on to see how our food was or if we needed anything (ketchup, drinks, etc). I would understand if the restaurant were busy, but at one point we were the only group in there. Probably won’t be coming back to this location.

Food is pretty good as expected. Sometimes this place can get pretty busy (1 hour wait time), I would recommand to order on their website to pick up so you don't have to wait for too long.
