An hour wait for a disgusting overpriced taco. Wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. We should have been told about the wait. Never again!

After a successful withdrawal of $17,000 from an investment of $1300 from this broker. I'm so excited and unreservedly express my gratitude to Mrs Mariel Ramsey who guided me with through the investment course that yielded me $17,000 profit in just a week. I really wanted to enjoy Bandit, but the restaurant boils down to style over substance. The atmosphere is great, but the food is mediocre. The califlower taco was cold and undercooked, the whitefish taco was bland and over cooked, while the churros looked and tasted more like funnel cake. For the price of the tacos (ranging from $4-$6 per taco) you would expect an upscaled take on the food that warrants the price. This place certainly isn't authentic, and if you want inauthentic gourmet style tacos, just go to Canteen instead.

Food is amazing. Well-balanced flavors, and welcoming atmosphere.

Great tacos! Short rib taco was definitely my favorite. Also had the Bandito that comes with pork, the Great Lakes Whitefish, the Beet with roasted beets and the Avocado tostadas. All were delicious.

The cauliflower taco packs a punch with its spice level, the guacamole tostada was on par, and the "Bandito" taco's pickled melons will make you want to go back for seconds. Patatas bravas deserve a mention as well for their crispy outsides and sauce on top, try it for the oddest taco on the menu. SO HAPPY with all of the vegetarian options. Coffee was great, churros were made fresh. We can't wait to return!!!!

Great atmosphere. Tacos were okay - the tortilla tasted good but was served cold and lacked the grease/oil of a good taco. The taco filling was tasty. Don't come here for authentic tacos. The guy taking our order also had an attitude and was not very welcoming. Overall, we found the food to be overpriced but enjoyed the vibe and energy of the restaurant and would come back for a drink or some coffee.

Great vibe, even better tacos! You can really tell a lot of love and effort was put into curating the whole menu and it might be a bit corny to say but honestly you can tell that pride extends into the staff as well. The veggie tacos are creative, tasty, and don't take the easy way out by just using a meat substitute. The non-veggie tacos were equally impressive!Plus-- fresh made tortillas with locally sourced corn for the masa flour???! C'monnnn!!!! I feel like wherever I get thicc tacos they gotta double up on the (not fresh ?) tortillas to combat the taco falling apart but Bandit's tortillas held up to the very substantial portions with just one!I got plenty other good things to say about the drinks, desserts, and sides but I'm trying to keep this short-ish and taco-centric.TLDR: I can't shut up about Bandit, the food is bonkers, the drinks are delicious, and if you haven't had the chance to check it out yet I highly recommend taking the time to do so!

So sad to have had such a bad experience. Arrived and told some of the staff that we had that many coming. Two girls suggested we grab two tables to bring together. We did that. Then, the owners came and asked the tables to go back together. They don’t want the tables moved because they are expensive tables. That’s fine, please educate everyone. We were still so excited to try the tacos. Tacos were all served cold. Group of 12 with 24 tacos. All served very quickly but seemed like they forgot to warm up the meat ahead of time. They don’t warm the tortillas before serving. We ordered about 10 bags of chips. At $5 a small bag of chips, $10 for an okay margarita made for a very expensive dinner. After still being hungry, we went to order dessert. We asked the staff about the sun flower ice cream. Going through three girls at the counter and none knew if it was the flavor or if it was made with sunflower oil. They went and asked the management and confirmed it was with oil. I then asked if it was in lieu of milk? The girls admitted they had no idea and didn’t seem willing to figure it out. We ordered four bags of churros and they were half cooked. They then ask us to bus our own tables. After spending hundreds of dollars for a cold dinner, we won’t be going back.

Immediately added Bandit to my list of favorite taco spots in town. With counter service for ordering and plenty of seating, they've made great use of a beautiful space. You'll pay a little more than other places around town, but the quality of the food is definitely worth it! I recommend the bandito and chicken tacos, and the habanero salsa.
