Had lunch Thurs 4/28, spending just over $10 for a Rueben Deli Sandwich. It was warmed up, but not toasted, there was absolutely no meat within 1 bite of any outside edge of the bread...three thin layers in the middle made it look good at first. In addition, the restaurant had only two of 5 sauces...no ketchup. Bad stop as you're driving by.Addendum: I got a prompt email asking me to share details, so I thought I would. Instead I get taken to a form that asks way to much info...and the last question asks ME to decide how the should file my comments...none of which was complaint.This robotic response really explains what is going wrong with Arby's.
Pretty unfortunate experience today. Only two cars in the drive through(myself included) and it took 10 minutes to get through. After all that weight I would imagine fresh food right? Wrong. Cold roast beefs, this sad excuse of a large fry(the fries actually in there were terrible and cold), and no Arby's sauce like I requested. How do you stay in business like this?
Drive-thru only, which is extremely annoying. They are doing a large disservice to people waiting for the bus and looking for a place to eat indoors and away from the cold.
Friendly fast service. I tried the Crispy and Spicy versions of their Fish Sandwiches. Both were tasty. I prefered the Crispy but wish it had tomatoes like the Spicy one.
Arby's has lots of great choices at relatively cheap prices. It's much better quality than many of the other fast food places. This specific location is connected to a gas station, and finding the actual drive-thru entrance in the dark is kind of difficult.
This one looks a little sketchy from the outside, but was nice and clean inside. Friendly and helpful staff and of course the tasty pressed roast beef product.

Just had to leave the drive thru at the location in Madison, Wisconsin by the bus depot. I was a very loyal customer, & because they wouldn't move the car ahead of me to around the corner to fix the order I have to go to work hungry. I called to express my dissatisfaction, & the lady hung up on me as well. If you don't have enough staff, that is not the customer's fault. You have to think of another alternative. I won't be back!! It is to bad, because Arby's is the only fast food I went to. Fix this mistake, otherwise you will lose ALOT more.
