This place was under staffed and unorganized. We saw one of the waitstaff picking her nose. It was a good thing we were done eating and it was good she didn't wait on us. Our waiter was very courties he kept busy.. not like others we saw standing around. Food was edible nothing to write home about. Definitely lack of training. Applebee's has definitely gone down hill.. we won't be returning!!!
I can accept the 15 to 20 minute wait because of soft staffed, but you could have put us at a table and could have waited there. I do not accept the hostess who was extremely loud, she also thought she could act tough and get into my son's face. That is not ok nor is it acceptable. The server was definitely stressed you could tell. She was doing her best. But two tables who got sat down after us who had the other server had they were in and out, got there food in a decent amount of time, ate, got there check in a decent amount of time. We were there over 2 hours. We only stopped there because the kids wanted to eat there. Two of my children did not get their drinks till after they were served their food but we had to keep asking for their drinks as well. The fries were way over seasoned had to douse them in ranch or ketchup just to be able to eat them. We have been to this Applebee's 3 times before and we keep saying we will never go to that one again. I gave it one last shot to see if they made big improvements but they have not. Do not recommend going there. The time before this my fiance got horrible food poisoning because they served him old and I mean old steak. And he could not tell rate away before he even ate it that the steak was discolored because of the lighting being so dark. We told the manager about it and he couldn't give a care in the world.
Went last night (Saturday) with family. This establishment has seen better days. It smells dirty and not taken care of. Makes you wonder what the kitchen is like. Server seemed new but overall did a good job and was very nice. Food was marginal and overpriced. If you add cheese to your broccoli they add 1.49. You get a few small strings of cheese just thrown on top. The upholstery in our booth had major flaws including a large piece torn up exposing the padding. Time to fix it up or shut it down. Would definitely not recommend as is.
The food was good, the service was good... However after checking my email and seeing all the free food offers I had on my birthday I ended up feeling a bit disappointed that Applebee's only offers a free dessert with a purchase of an entree. I still give them four stars for good service but I now see I could have gone and ate numerous other restaurants for free that night so I guess that's just a lesson learned on my part. All in all it was a good experience but I probably could have had just as good of an experience for free.
My Chicken Oriental Salad was delicious.Husband ordered Chicken Quesadilla from appetizer menu and ate as a meal. He said it was best he's ever had. Only complaint is the lack of staff, same as most other retail.
William O. was our waiter tonight and he was awesome. It’s hard to come by a personable waiter that is on top of everything like him. He made our dinner feel like a date night and that wasn’t even our intention! He had a great personality and infectious laugh. I highly recommend this location because of our experience. Had the steak in the "two 4 twenty" section of the menu. Expectedly small, but good. Food was prepared well and service was good without the "Oh, we are so short staffed" excuses. Atmosphere is always good, TV's had the game on , a good night at the neighborhood pub. A little trouble with the greeter - but don't let her flip your switch too much. Wait staff much better.
We love a bunch of Applebee's food. I don't recommend any pasta with a tomato based sauce as I find them not great. We ordered a ton of food online for pickup on our last order, and they got everything but the drinks right so kudos. I recommend the pretzels and beer cheese appetizer with the honey pepper chicken pasta and a long island iced tea or two.
I love Applebee’s one of my favorite places to go. The food was great, but nothing that especially stood out except, for the service I was provided. The waiter was personable and loved his feedback when I asked for recommendations. One thing I will say is this location needs a makeover, it’s been the same for a very long time. Other than that great place to dine!
I placed an order online for 2 burgers. They gave me 2 cheeseburgers instead. I don't eat cheese. Double check the order before leaving the restaurant. Also they didn't give me a drink for one of my orders. Jacob wouldn't give me corporate number and wouldn't give a refund. I'm not paying for something that they messed up. He tried to give me a replacement but no one has time to be driving back and forth. Save your time and money don't go here.
