Great bar with some amazing cocktails and gourmet food. I was a big fan of their burger which was cooked perfectly. The venue is small overall so keep it in mind, the location is great being so near to the Barrymore. I liked the atmosphere which was cozy and trendy. Recommended highly.
It’s been a little while since I’ve reviewed so dropping by for a fresh one. Came here for dinner and drinks on a recent Saturday. How we got a table so fast is beyond me! Our food and service was all excellent.
I had the Deluxe Apple Rum Burger here with a side of the Alchemy fries. I ordered it as medium, though it came out a bit more on the medium well side, so I'd recommend dropping your well-done-ness by a mark if you order a burger. That aside, the burger tasted great, and the fries were above average. Portion sizes were reasonable and did not leave you feeling hungry afterwards. There was a pub style ambiance and the restaurant still felt especially welcoming with the high ceilings.
Wonderfully simple but rich menu choices will leave you wanting to order a little bit of everything! The servers are extremely friendly, and the atmosphere truly takes you away to a different world for a while. It's a must stop when we travel to Madison.
Went here because it was dog friendly. Dogs are allowed on the outdoor patio. There are only 5-6 tables. The food was made with quality ingredients and was very good.
The food was wonderful! I had a blackened chicken sandwich. The sweet potato fries are amazing! They also made amazing him drinks! Specifically the rubarb one. Also service is stellar

Very good food! The "that's my jam margarita" was one of the best margaritas I've ever had. Sadly, I cannot remember our waitress's name. But, she was very nice and helpful. This was our first visit, but most definitely not our last!

This is the second time I have been to Alchemy and it did not disappoint! Our server, Jack, made some great recommendations and the food and drinks were so delicious. Great spot to sit and talk in a cozy spot
