Really appreciate how the staff at the hotel went out of their way to help us. We were there for Madison Marathon weekend, so space was tight. But when we asked to switch from two queens to a king, the gentleman at the desk was able to accommodate us. They also let us check in early, and the valet let us park in front for 15 minutes so we could drop off our stuff and take off to meet friends for lunch. We felt like everyone at the hotel wanted to make sure we enjoyed our stay. And we did!

we just went here for our 1-year anniversary and the valet (Nicholas A) did a great job. we liked the restaurant a lot too. we had various dishes thrrr and they were all good. we especially enjoyed the desert.

Nicolas was very friendly and welcoming. When I checked in he helped me with my bags. My car came back exactly how I left it and within 5 minutes. He ran to get my car too which was nice. Hopefully I get him next time I visit Madison!
Enjoyed my stay at the AC, right across from the capitol campus in Madison. Room was modern and clean with a nice rain shower. Views are great from the 9th and 10th floor bar. Riley provided great service as valet.
Super clean, modern hotel. Very comfortable stay. Rooms are on the smaller end I’d say but they are well decorated and very nice. The restaurant was very busy, I’d recommend a reservation if wanting to eat there. Location of the hotel can’t be beat, just steps from the capital and multiple restaurants. Would recommend staying here!
Be sure you make reservations for the restaurant in advance!! Very busy but worth it. Beautiful views and great service. Hunter was great!! Our room had a great view of the lake and was perfect for a weekend away.
Stayed here for several days while I was in the area and I was extremely impressed! First the decor is fantastic and the design of the room and finishes were top notch. There is about 8 different room lighting options, a rainfall shower, no carpet, a mini-fridge that can be TURNED OFF to prevent noise!!, amongst other beautiful design choices. Second, the location can't be beat; there are about a dozen restaurants nearby and you can order food to the hotel from other businesses that are further away. There is also a fantastic restaurant upstairs that it open late. Finally the room was well cleaned. I am EXTREMELY picky when it comes to cleanliness and although this room was not perfect it was better than most. Here are a few suggestions I have to increase this rating - The floors were a little dusty, increase the frequency of vacuuming and/or add a wet mop to help - The sheets had 1 hair on them, make sure housekeeping inspects the sheets fully each time One other gripe I have is the music outside the elevators at each floor is turned up too loud during the day. It makes it very hard to have an afternoon nap since you can hear it in your room, please turn down the volume by about 25%.
First time visiting Madison and things were wintery and quiet on a Sunday night / Monday morning. I haven’t travelled in 11 months, but I always appreciate great valet service. Felix and Justin were friendly, helpful and fast!
