Can not begin to say enough about this fantastic wine shop but more importantly is the personal caring way that the owner Beth has for her Guests!Just had a very special event for my mothers 100th birthday at the bottle shop and Beth and her staff were so amazing from the food, special wine we requested and getting musicians to sing a very special song to her! Everything was perfect and made our day one we will always treasure! Thank you Beth.Can’t wait to go back there again!
Everyone that works here is so inviting and very enjoyable to talk to. The atmosphere also is very calming and relaxing. I do enjoy trying out different flights suggested by the staff that work here. It is a very comforting place.
I visited The Bottle Shop today. I've been there before, I've had the same great service. No, It wasnt the same it was even better. The service. Namely I had an African red wine that was good. It was very mellow. I would recommend this establishment for the great Ambience and the service. They have separate areas with private lounge chairs The server was a very accommodating person, Maggie. She greeted me and she recomended the African wine which was excellent. Maggie was a very good server since she was always very attentive. This is number one!
My wife and were there today and really enjoyed it.she had a flight of wine and I a flight of bourbon terrific.give it a try won't disapoint.thank you maggie!!!
Hard to say what we like best about this place, friendly like having drinks in a good friends home! Variety lots of choices and very knowledgeable staff to help with your choice. Garden area is beautiful. Giving back,Beth is always hosting charity events for many causes. This establishment is very much a part of the Lake Geneva community, and experience. Simply put go! It’s a great place to enjoy a beverage and make friends!
Great atmosphere with a beautiful outside seating area. Huge selection of hard to find wines, as well as a nice tasting menu that has liquor drinks as well! Place is dog friendly, but make sure to check with the owner or staff first!
Great wine, great crackers, great spreads! We LOVED this place. On top of all that, the vibe is really chill, the service is wonderful and they allow dogs inside. Ticked all our boxes and can’t wait to go back :)
Love this place! Sit and sip by the fire in winter and sit outside listening to live music in the summer. It's amazing year round. My husband does not drink wine and they have whiskey flights, which he said he just had the best one he has ever tasted. The owners are so sweet and love that they bring their adorable dogs there too.

This a great place, to chill! The cheeses and bread goes well with the great selection of wine, either single glass or bottle. But it is alsonice atmosphere where you can go and sit in a room with sofas or chairs, super nice and private. I have been there on many occasions--mainly for good wine. They greet you the second you walk through the door. Namely Maggie is the main one. She always keep tabs on you to see if you need anything else. She is most personable. I recommend this place because of the service first and the wine and ambience.
